Informed Maker of Issues Yes, I told the maker about everything. The suit was falling apart when it arrived in the mail. Character Concept Art Photos of Completed Product Head Wear Satisfaction The head was filled with polyfill and very hard to wear without getting extremely hot. There was a razor sharp metal shard in the mouth of the suit just below the fabric. Therefore she was 100% not safe to wear Visual Satisfaction The suit looked nothing like the Reference given. Completely unrecognizable. The maker referred to the character as a “bat hybrid” when the character is actually a Vernid. The fur around the ears was not sewn to the head and every time she was put on more stitches came loose. The fur used was extremely low quality for the amount of money paid Overall Product Satisfaction How well does everything fit together and match up? The costume looked nothing like the character and the seams were very poorly sewn. The suit was very obviously rushed and the maker did not produce quality work. New seams would rip every time the suit was put on. Overall Project Quality No Purchase Process Initial Contact Very easy Maker Response Time Sometimes it would take a full 2 days to hear anything back. Several follow up messages were required to get a response. Maker Professionalism Very unprofessional. Project Completion Time The suit was made quickly. Although shipping was a huge hassle. The maker told me several times that she had shipped but had not actually done so. Rating FursuitReview rates by asking the question: Would you recommend this maker? NO This review has been marked with a negative rating. This means the reviewer would NOT recommend Liquid Sunshine Designs unless they significantly change their practices. Final Comments Do not commission this maker. Their practices are extremely shady and there has been photo evidence of dangerous materials found in her products.
