Character Concept Art Photos of Completed Product Head Wear Satisfaction The head is built on a resin base and has fantastic vision with pretty much no blind spot and wide peripherals, and pretty good ventilation too, especially when the jaw is open. With the jaw closed it can become a little stuffy occasionally, but I intend to install a small fan to help with this. The maker asked for measurements and as such the head fits perfectly. There is an elastic strap around the back that keeps it snug but not too tight, and the head closes with a zipper that is extremely smooth and easy to use. The interior is not lined and is padded with foam. It is very comfortable, my face and glasses do not contact the resin base at all apart from the jaw, there are no uncomfortable pressure points. The head is lightweight and it is not fatiguing to wear it for long periods of time. Visual Satisfaction The head is absolutely stunning in appearance. It is sleek and well proportioned, and perfectly symmetrical. The markings are incredibly sharp and the shaving is the best I have ever seen, it is so smooth and short. There are one or two bald spots but these are miniscule and can’t be seen without very close inspection. The fur is all soft and high quality, and is easily brushed and taken care of. The expression of the head is perfect, I love the semi-toony look and the eyes are very expressive and pretty. I requested the eye shape/eyebrows be more serious/ less feminine and the maker nailed it. The head matches the concept art perfectly, I cannot fault it. Special Attachments and Features The head features a moving jaw and magnetic eyelids. The moving jaw is very responsive but not too loose that it hangs open, its very sturdy and well done. The eyelids are also perfect, very clean and smooth and fit well, and allow for more expressive variety when performing in the costume. Overall Product Satisfaction How was your concept art realized? The head was artistic liberty to the extent that the maker drew up several concepts and I decided on/adapted one until we had the finished concept. The costume matches the concept art perfectly, all the markings and colors are correct. How well does everything fit together and match up? Overall, I absolutely love everything about the head. Its clean, sturdy and very beautiful. The quality is fantastic and it matches the concept art perfectly. It is consistent to the makers style, and is a really lovely costume. Overall Project Quality I am very satisfied with the head. It is great quality and looks very beautiful. The maker was very friendly and easy to work with. Purchase Process Initial Contact I messaged the maker on telegram after they announced they were looking for a trade partner on their twitter, it was very easy and they responded quickly, we decided to trade and they drew up designs the next day. It was always very clear and friendly. Maker Response Time The maker always responded the same day, usually within an hour or two. We communicated through telegram the whole time. Maker Professionalism The maker was always pleasant and friendly to work with, and communicated clearly. They sent many wip pictures every step of the way until the head was complete. Project Completion Time The original timeframe we agreed on was around 3 months, and this was realized. The suit was finished in the expected time and shipped quickly, arriving within 3 days.
