They responded quickly and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Maker CommunicationRatRace was happy to respond whenever I reached out and sent a lot of WIP images throughout the process. It never took more than a day or two for them to get back to me, and they were happy to be the one to message me first when they had an update. All contact was friendly and professional. Project Completion TimeBecause this was a trade we did not give each other any deadlines or time limits, however the trade was still completed within a year of initial contact which is great! The suit was mailed out within a week of it's completion. Tracking was provided to me and the suit arrived with no issues. Overall Project QualityI am extremely satisfied with my fursuit from RatRace! The quality is great, the look of the suit is adorable, and it has proven to be very durable and easy to wear. Components Head Wear SatisfactionThe head is very comfortable to wear! It is light and breathable and the vision is great. The head is fully lined and has vents in the ears to help with air flow. There is also room for me to wear my glasses if I choose to which is a huge plus. Visual SatisfactionThe visuals of the suit are great. Everything is symmetrical and matches the reference images I sent. The freckles my character has are accurate in color and in placement. They are airbrushed on, however the fur still feels very soft and has not faded with wear or with cleaning! The shaving is nice and smooth and there are no bald spots anywhere. This suit came with a set of velcro eyelids, they are very strong and don't come off easily. They can be posed in different ways and add a lot of personalization to the head. The eyes are follow me and are my favorite part of the suit! The paint job is beautiful and is very detailed. They even added little hearts in the shines of the eyes which was very cute. The whites are plastic and they have a very effective follow-me effect. The hair tuft is magnetic, however the magnets weren't strong enough for how active I am in suit so I ended up sewing the tuft to the head to prevent it from falling off.
