Maker CommunicationI used her website, it said slots were open on that. Project Completion TimeWas done in under a year, which I hear is typical. All the good makers have long waiting times before they can get to yours. Overall Project QualityThis was my first suit, but I think I lucked out and got a maker that was professional as heck. Delivered exactly what I asked for. I said at the beginning it had to be ready for the next convention, and it was done on time. The quality just blows me away, she included a wooden hanger with the characters name in sparkly letters, and on the inside of the suit is a tiny tag sewn in with the maker's name. She obviously takes a lot of pride in her work, and wants her customers to be satisfied. Even after the sale, she made little repairs, she does that for 1 year after delivery for free. Components Head Wear SatisfactionIt fits well, I got compliments from other suiters that it was well padded inside the head, very comfy. Visual SatisfactionIt looks great, no complaints! It was exactly what I wanted. One-Piece Body Wear SatisfactionIt's not that flexible, like I can't just bend over and pick things off the floor. But that's only because it is snug fit to my body. Visual SatisfactionIt's beautiful! Hands Wear SatisfactionThey fit like a glove, pun intended. Gloves sewn into the sleeve, maker really pushed for that. It makes putting it on easier, but with the tradeoff that the paws can't be worn as a partial. Visual SatisfactionThey look great! Tail Wear SatisfactionWas made with a loop that I can just put through my belt and it holds on well. Visual SatisfactionIt's perfect! Not so long that it drags on the floor and gets dirty, and it's soft and fun to touch. Feet Wear SatisfactionThey fit well, but was an uncomfortable lump in the sole, not sure what caused that. Maker was unable to fix it. But it doesn't hurt that bad and I'm able to endure it. Visual SatisfactionThey look great!
