When recieved there was a bit of flappy balaclava that i had to cut away as it was resting on my mouth. Due to how far the jaw can open ventilation is good. Vision could be better. Practically no blind spot in the middle (like the tiniest one) but hard to see either side of me or below me. I have to turn my head a lot to be able to look left/right to cross the street ect. Visual Satisfaction Lopsided slighty. One side of the top jaw is not equal to the other. Cleft lip aswell which makes the whole jaw look off. Shaving as far as i can tell is even but is choppy. It is not smooth and it feels hacked at and rushed. Slight airbrushing around eyes and mouth. This does seem rather crusty. Rest is DF Fur. I commissioned a longer tounge from CursedCreations as the one provided was too small and also arrived dirty. It also did not like the teeth and I find the teeth to be quite scary. Apart from that he just seems to look shocked all the time, doesnt really have a smile to him Eyes are follow me and do work but are rather big. This suit does not match the concept art 100% There is a second layer of red (top) on the hair which is not there on the ref. Also the colors inside his ears are the wrong way round. I have not told the maker about this as at the time I just wanted to recieve my suit already after several failed deadlines. I keep on getting constant holes and small rips in areas that are not even under stress (such as the hair). I have already had to regule the eys and re sew the jaw. This is something I partly expected when originally commissioning because of the cheap price but if customers are still getting holes now that her prices have gone up I wouldn’t reccomend. Hands and Feet Wear Satisfaction Hands fit fine. Not had any loose stitching problems as of yet. However they have not been shaved at the back at all! This leaves me constantly grooming them until i can get to someone with a shaver as I fear that they will get matted otherwise! They do feel slightly big, and they do slip off easily if i let my hands fall by my side so i imagine the sizing was messed up on these as well as my armsleeves despite sending in a hand tracing. I can move without any seams popping probably because of the looseness. With the armsleeves they arrived stupidly baggy and big enough to fit my legs. I informed her of this and she said that if I paid to send it back to her she would fix them. She proceeded to say that I measured myself wrong depsite giving CursedCreations the exact same measurements and her using them to edit the armsleeves to the right size for me. I dont believe it was fair for her to blame me for her mistakes and expect me to pay for it to be shipped to her to be fixed when it was her fault in the firstplace. Visual Satisfaction Symmetry is fine. The shaving that is on the front is even. No airbrushing and fur feels fine. Colors are correct. Overall Product Satisfaction How was your concept art realized? I feel like its bad if you got markings/colors wrong on a character that is so simple. However this is partly my fault for not getting it corrected. How well does everything fit together and match up? Colors are consistent there are no markigns that needs to match up though Overall Project Quality How satisfied are you with the overall quality of your project? Not satisfied really. I am happpy with the quality of materials used, but not how they were put together. Constantly having to fix small seams that are not even in high stress areas. Armsleeves were not even made the correct sizing. Purchase Process Initial Contact It was easy to get a quote. I filled in the form and messaged her on FB and got a quick response Maker Response Time Once i paid, it was hard to get a response. Sometimes I would see her sharing things on FB but i wouldnt get a response for a couple days espcially if it was me asking about deadlines or for progress pictures. Maker Professionalism How satisfied are you with the overall customer service and professionalism of the maker? Not satisfied. I can understand for the price i paid that there will be some flaws with the product however I did not expect her to blame me when she got my armsleeves wrong. She said i measured myself wrong even though when I gave CursedCreations the exact same measurements she was able to edit the pair to fit me perfectly. Project Completion Time Two deadlines missed. Not good. I didn’t even receive any warning of any holidays or time off she would be taking. Final Comments Pros: Cheap (at the time at least, her prices have now gone up) Cons: Bad customer service Constant problems with holes and rips Missed deadlines Takes longer than she says it would Final scoring: No. Until her stitching and customer service skills improve I believe she is not worth commissioning. She seems to be making rookie mistakes desipte making suits for a couple years or more now. If she was to improve then I possibly would reccomend her but not at the state her work is now.
