Comes up with multiple excuses as to why your commission is not done in time. Maker CommunicationEvery response is an excuse as to why you’re getting no updates. Feels like contacting a brick wall, communicates on all platforms but does not keep track using trello or other apps. Project Completion TimeWas given multiple reasons as to why the project was delayed. Only received updates on the commission once I was in the hospital about to go in for surgery. Maker felt bad for me so they finished the head. Overall Project QualityTerrible commission. Despite it looking beautiful it is a nightmare to maintain. It breaks and needs repairs quite often, needed to be modified upon unboxing. Only received item due to cancer diagnosis. I do NOT recommend this maker. Components Head Wear SatisfactionHead sizer blocks view and doesn’t fit head, vision is not great with the 3D printed eyes. Chin padding for moving jaw is sharp, mouth doesn’t close fully despite being a moving jaw. Fursuit head is NOT lined. Visual SatisfactionFew bald spots and glue stains. Decent shave job. Final CommentsDo not hold your breath on getting your commission. Droc does not get back to you and will give you constant excuses to keep you hooked. You will be afraid to speak out because you want your suit and don’t want to upset them and have them quit the project. The Que is not documented. Nothing is getting worked on.
