Features: None Concept Art Photos of Completed Product Overall Initial ContactIt was very easy! I emailed them and they responded within the day with a PayPal invoice! They had in their bio "Kigurumi comms open" so I messaged them after seeing photos of their work on Instagram and twitter! Maker CommunicationI'm very disappointed. After the initial contact I wouldn't hear anything from them unless I emailed them, and even the I wouldn't get a response back at times. And when I did ask for updates they'd either say "There are no updates" or they would let me know there were some personal/family struggles that hindered them from making progress on the project. Which is very unfortunate! But as a customer I would like to just be kept in the loop if there's any delays, either via email or by updates their socials Project Completion TimeVery dissatisfied. It took the project 2+ years. The goal post, as far as estimated completion, kept moving and they had missed an agreed upon deadline twice. I had communicated with them that I would like a refund but they said they don't do refunds and tried to do a rush order to get my item to me. Overall Project QualityOverall I'm unhappy with the final product. I had informed beastmode that the colors were incorrect and if they could fix it. But they said via email that they could not since they would pretty much have to make a brand new Kigurumi at that point. And that there was no pastel orange fleece fabric available to them. But then they changed their mind and decided to allow me to ship back the Kigurumi so they could try and fix it! Before I shipped it back, however, I did drive around to a few Joann's to find a fleece color that matched and I asked permission to send the correct color fleece back so they could make it the proper color, to which they agreed. However a year passed with no updates on whether or not they had started the project, and if they were going to use the new fabric to fix the main color issue. So I asked for them to ship back the kigu along with the materials I purchased for them. Components Head Wear SatisfactionThe Kigurumi is very soft and comfortable to wear! The hood is lined with a cute galaxy pattern! And it fits over my head nicely so you can see the face design! Visual SatisfactionVisually it looks quite nice! Even though the colors don't match with my suit, it's looks very cute! Love the fall vibes it gives! One-Piece Body Wear SatisfactionIt's very soft to the touch! My build is much smaller so the kigu is extra baggy and loose in my opinion but not uncomfortably so! It's very warm to wear during the fall/winter though! Oh! And I love the deep pockets it has as well as the button snaps! Visual SatisfactionVisually the Kigurumi looks very nice!! My only complaint, which I had informed beastmode about, is that the materials used for this kigu don't match with my fursuit colors. And the fur on her chest is a lighter color than my fursuit, as well as the cheek fluffs on the hood, it's darker than the fur thats on my fursuit RatingFursuitReview rates by asking the question: Would you recommend this maker? Final CommentsI do want to mention that beastmode asks what your fursuit colors are and to send links/pictures, which I did, so they are able to match your kigu fabrics (to the best of their ability) with the fur you have. And they say they try to get as close as possible! I wish I were more apart of the material picking process because I could have helped make sure the colors they were choosing were correct before purchase! I do hope they communicate to their commissoners in the future when they are about to buy materials! I'd also like to mention that I do appreciate that they changed their mind and decided to help fix the color issue with my Kigurumi. But im disappointed with the amount of time they had to work on the protect initially and then fix the problem with the kigurumi. I have tried to be understanding and patience and I was hoping they could use the materials I purchased to fix the issue. But in the end I was really tired of waiting and I just wanted my item for the money I paid for it instead of nothing at all! If anyone decides they would like to work with beastmode for a kigu, I would suggest you maybe ask what type of fleece materials they use and you purchase it on your own then ship it to beastmode. That way the colors are how you want it and there's less room for color errors! But honestly even then, I couldn't recommend commissioning them Are you the maker of this item?
