Overall

Initial ContactI directly messaged the creator through instagram it was pretty easy.

Maker CommunicationWe started the commission via instagram, then moved to telegram. I feel as if i was not treated well as i was left in the dark for 3 years as I watched him create multiple commissions without ever reaching out to me despite having been paying it off for a long time. He ordered the fur and it still took a LONG time before the commission was even started. I heard a lot of reasoning for why things were not going ahead or why we were behind on the deadline, but it could have been avoided if this was started when I had paid it all off.

Project Completion TimeThis project took over 3 years. I was placed onto a google form and watched other peoples come before mine and get finished. I was told the turn around time was april 2023 in april 2022 as I had taken a bit longer to pay off the suit. I said that was fine. I received the finished goods in september 2024. My goods were directly dropped at my home, when i was not even there. I was not told they were coming that day until i got a text at work saying he was there.

Overall Project QualityOverall, this project was not worth it. I waited over 3 years to receive something subpar, when I could have taken my money elsewhere and gotten something so much better. I feel like parts of the project were rushed, despite the huge amount of time there was to finish it, and there was not a lot of care put into it. I feel as if the creator just wanted to get this over and done with so that he could blacklist me and move on. I originally paid $2035~ AUD for a full partial, containing a head, feet paws, hand paws and tail. The head fell through heavily due to my maker not having the correct fur for the head despite telling me it was good and ordering it years before hand. I was refunded $600 but I still feel like this was not worth $1500.

Components

Hands

Wear SatisfactionThe hand paws fit a bit tightly to my hands as I was never asked for any measurements at all. It is a bit difficult to put both on by myself but I expected that. The interior is a custom printed fabric which is quite nice, which differs from the feet paws. My hands don't sweat as much with that fabric. The claws look weird when i move my fingers because they are sewn oddly.

Visual SatisfactionThe claws on the paws do not face the same directions, and are pretty flat. The shaving is extremely choppy and the stripes are not blended AT ALL. It is a huge eyesore for me and when I move my hands it is extremely noticeable. There are seams everywhere that are quite visible, and edges of fabric that have not been concealed. The paw beans have very visible stitching around the edges. The paws are barely stuffed and look extremely flat. There was also fur shavings/extra fluff that came from working on the suit attached when I received it, meaning the maker did not brush through the suit properly, or clean up their work space.

Tail

Wear SatisfactionThe tail is a bit heavy, but as it is a larger tail I expected that. The belt loop is a bit small, making it hard for my belts to fit through.

Visual SatisfactionThe shaving is extremely choppy and the stripes are not blended AT ALL. When i move the tail it is very obvious, even with brushing it down. There was also fur shavings/extra fluff that came from working on the suit attached when I received it, meaning the maker did not brush through the suit properly, or clean up their work space. The tail does NOT sway at all and instead moves very awkwardly, making it look very stiff.

Feet

Wear SatisfactionThe paws use a white quilted fabric, and I find myself sweating much more with this fabric. They fit okay, a bit snug but its fine. I can walk in them fine. They are not outside paws so I don't expect them to be very durable without some kind of cover.

Final CommentsI would not recommend this creator to anyone. He has no sense of time management, takes on too many projects at once and just has a sub par work ethic. I recently found out that he was sending WIP pictures in other channels when they were not even shown to me, so how could I okay something i had not even seen? I was also told at the time of commissioning that I would get an extra bone plush to go with my suit which was nice. When I was talking to him about my refund I told him not to worry abut any extras or the head, just to give me my 2 sets of paws and my tail. I would have asked for the paw had I known it was literally near completion and only needed to be stuffed HAD I KNOWN IT WAS IN THAT STATE. I was not shown the WIP picture of it being created and I was left in the dark. I also received a fursuit scent spray bottle that has NO information on what is in it. There are no allergen warnings, no ingredients list and only his logo. My partner is asthmatic and we both have pets, so how will I know it wont harm my partner or our pets? My suit was delivered in a trash bag and dumped on my doorstep when no one answered the door. If it had been stolen/taken as rubbish there would have been no way of getting it back as there was no coverage on the items. I was blacklisted from his store for being rude and pushy, when all i did was explain my frustrations to him about how he was working. I was and still am upset that he took on other projects while neglecting mine, did not get the right fur colour as i had entrusted him as the maker to do that, sold other suits at the time while I waited patiently for my suit to be finished and even took on extra projects in the mean time. I may have come off as rude and pushy but I was fed up with waiting 3 years for something fully paid off and continually being shafted.
