Fairly easy, I messaged them on Instagram and asked for a quote and was given one based on what I wanted for the suit. Only needed head measurements
Professionalism was -2/10. Maker didn’t respond for days or even weeks at a time when there was an issue, the maker also lied multiple times throughout the commission. They did not communicate clearly either and said certain things were done when they weren’t. It took almost 4 months to get a wip when they first said they started the head. I did not feel I was treated fairly at all
Not happy with completion time. Head had a ETA of August 28th for finish, (paid in July). Then got pushed to October, was given another deadline that got passed. From then on the deadlines kept getting pushed from another month to another month being told it would take about 2 months to complete to almost a year, (despite being first in queue and them not working on any other projects at the time)
Absolutely not happy with the quality. Paid nearly 1k for the head alone, it fell apart upon wearing and receiving it, pins were found in the suit, markings were incorrect, not a single seam that was sewn had a knot so they fell out, almost every seam was glued at that. Cheek was on the eye for some reason and eyes were inside out, only thing I liked about the head and salvaged before refurbing was the eyes. The item was not durable, but also dangerous to wear. The project did not meet expectations and was not worth the price, it was also not the quality of the other suits they made which can visibly be seen in pictures. Product was not consistent with makers style or quality
Poor ventilation, 3D eyes were.. inside out?? (They were put in the opposite way so they became 2D despite being 3D blanks so they pressed against the face). Lining fell apart in head. Couldn’t wear it without fear of falling apart. Head did not fit properly either
Markings were completely wrong on the forehead and back of head, not symmetrical or matching the design, as well as nose looked like a pigs nose instead of suit design. Choppy shaving, as well as glued everything so everything fell off as soon as I got it, even pins found holding stuff together. Fur could not be brushed because a cheek literally fell off when attempting it. Does not match The concept art, and for paying nearly 1k the quality was that of a $300 suit
