Extremely easy. I sent one message in Telegram, and Navy almost instantly replied. She said she had one slot left open, so I took it.
Communication was on and off. Most of the time, I would receive a somewhat immediate response, but Navy would disappear halfway through the conversation and wouldn't show up until pinged days later. The hardest part with communication was the language barrier. A lot of times, I couldn't understand what they were trying to say, and sometimes they couldn't understand me either.
I had many deadline requests, sadly all of which were NOT met.
The first due-date was the beginning of March 2023, which was passed without ANY work done.
The second was for May 2023. That was also passed with no work done.
The reasoning for the due dates is that I was moving to another country, and wanted the suit in my hands so I could bring it with me, as customs in Canada often either loses things, or makes you pay a ridiculous price to release it.
By June 2023, Navy promised to get the suit finished and ready to ship by June 2nd. You can probably guess what happened (or should I say, DIDN'T happen). However, at this point, the suit HAD been started.
My commission was completed August 5th, 2023. Over a year after payment. My suit, however, was not shipped until August 21st, and arrived at my door August 30th – almost a month later.
I am overall, very happy with the result of my suit! It seems a little fragile due to being a 3d print, so I try to be careful with it. One ear already has damage, but that is the fault of the maker, as the fur was not properly glued down to the ear. It is not easily noticable and is very minor.
As mentioned before, I paid extra for a pair of glasses and piercings to be added to my suit, and I never received them. It's partially my fault for not reminding Navy to do them (although I shouldn't have had to) but I was afraid that if I asked for anything more, my suit might never be completed.
The head is comfortable to wear and fits well, and vision in suit is great. However, there is no ventilation. The suit is lined with fleece and I start hyperventilating in this suit within 5 minutes. A fan mounted to the inside of the suit helps a lot with that.
I am very happy with how my suit looks! It's very clean and all the markings are correct.

This means the reviewer would NOT recommend Navy Workshop unless they significantly change their practices.
