They opened a google form for the quote first and then the actual commission form after that. Communication was very easy over Telegram DMs, they also have a group chat with other Kemonokapi family members. Maker CommunicationMaker communication was professional and quick. First over Email and then Telegram after payment! Project Completion TimeThe project took 1 year to complete which i think is an acceptable time frame. Their public trello gets updated regularly but you can also DM them anytime! The head was shipped in a large box with some extras. It arrived within 2 days (Canada->Germany) but unfortunately I was not home so they had to try again 2 days later! Overall a super smooth process!! Overall Project QualitySUPER HAPPY! I love the head. It fits well, it looks good and exceeded my expectations! The best experience i could have asked for as a first time commissioner and was well worth the money. Components Head Wear SatisfactionSuper comfortable! There are 2 removable paddings in the head(via velcro) so if you would like some more space or wanna wash them you can take those out as well! The head itself fits me like a glove it is neither too tight nor too loose. The inside is completely lined with neoprene. The head has 2 fans built in that blow the hot air out of it. I also have 2 huge vents in my ears (an entire arm fits through) that allow for more airflow. You cannot see the vents from the outside and of course you need the right ear shape for it! The neck has a big pocket in the front for a batterypack to connect to the fans. There is also a small pocket in the back of the neck where you can store an Airtag for example. Ventilation is limited due to the small mouth and plastic covered eyes, but with the fans on I have no issues wearing the suit for multiple hours! The vision is great since the eyes are big and have black mesh from the inside. My blind spot is quite small I would say. The eyes have a plastic layer on the outside and inside with the mesh inbetween them, making the cleaning very easy ( You can use glasses cleaning spray). You can take the eyes out as well if you wanna give your head a good cleaning or air it out! Visual SatisfactionSuper satisfied, it looks just like my reference sheet! (Reason why i went for this maker, their fursuitstyle matches my artstyle) The shave is super clean and the fur is soft and feels high quality. Brushing and cleaning it is very easy. The eyes are follow-me eyes allowing for nice photos to be taken from every angle. I also got eyelids with the suit for a different expression. Special FeaturesThe horns on my head were 3d resin printed! They are hollow from the inside and allow light to pass through making them look really cool in certain lighting. They are very high quality and shiny, just the way i wanted them to be! They are very well attached to the headbase and do not move, I think they are quite lightweight as well.
