Features: None Review Video Photos of Completed Product Overall Initial ContactI initially contaced the maker via Twitter. She was very quick to respond and invited me into their Telegram chat. It was easy to know what the maker needed from me (DTD) Maker CommunicationI felt like I was treated very well by the maker, however communication was hit and miss at times. Sometimes the maker would promise to make a change but would need several reminders in order to have them made. All the changes I wanted were added in the end. I did not reach out to this maker for repairs and instead did them myself. LilyMoon is very friendly and accomodating when it comes to needing body options such as plus sizes, etc. Project Completion TimeProject pacing was on Trello and was mostly accurate – only off by a few weeks. ETA for the suit was around 6 months, which to me was more than fair for how complex the suit was. The time expectations were communicated via chat very clearly. The maker would let me and other commissioners know ahead of time if there was a delay. Items were shipped in a timely manner. There was a small delay due to needing a bigger box. Overall Project QualityOverall the pros outweigh the few cons of the suit. The body suit is very durable and the colors/markings of the suit are accurate to the premade design. Head had issues with pins but is also very durable. No issues with popped seams or cuffs. Suit fits very nicely and is comfortable to wear. Head is a bit difficult to wear for long periods of time due to species choice (squinty eyes). Components Head Wear SatisfactionThe head was a base made by another maker upon my request. It is a tight but snug and comfortable fitting head. There are issues with vision but that is due to the type of species the character is. I did find pins in the head that were left behind by the maker. The lining was well made. Original eyemesh was removed and changed by me since it was white backed rather than black. Ventilation is good. Visual SatisfactionVisually the suit is amazing with alot of gradiant colors and details. Shave is good and even – not choppy. Fur is smooth and there are no baldspots. Hairfloof blocks some of the markings but that was added on by my request and makes the suit look better. It matches the premade concept art. Hands Wear SatisfactionVery satisfied with the fit of the hands. Good movement and no issues with wearing them. I have small hands but the hand paws can fit bigger hands. Very durable build and no visible stitches. Colors match the suit. The top part of the paws are lined but not the bottom. This helped with the movement and keeping the suit cool. Visual SatisfactionVisually looks great. Markings are accurate and shave is clean. Claws look great. The colors and markings match the art. Tail Wear SatisfactionTail is attached to the body suit and is seamless with the appearance of the suit. It is kinda bulky and required a cover (which I made with vinyl) in order to protect the tip. Build is durable without popping any seams. Visual SatisfactionVisually the tail matches the concept art and it has a seamless transition with the body suit. Very nice shave job. Feet Wear SatisfactionVery durable feet. They are attached to the body using zippers and create a seamless transition between the feet and digi. Easy to wear. I chose outdoor feet – the maker uses shoe sole as the bottom of the feet which makes it easy to walk in. Only issue I had were a few pins I found in the sole area where the fur is glued to the shoe sole, especially between the toes. Visual SatisfactionVisually the feet seamlessly transition to the digi padding and you cannot see where the feet were zipped. They match the concept art. Final CommentsOverall this review is tricky for me to write since the maker has shown some improvement but still has some of the above issues that I mentioned. The final rating is based solely on Lilikoi as an individual suit and is not influenced by other suits I have seen and other commissioners I have spoken to. I would recommend LilyMoon as a maker if you are looking for a complex marking slim digi bodysuit, but not so much for the head due to issues I mentioned in this review. Issues/Areas of Improvement: communication when it comes to making changes to the suit (time?), pins in head and feet, head issues (eyemesh, etc.) Best Features: incredible looking bodysuit that puts on easily, great digi shape, detailed markings including asymmetrical markings, color matching Are you the maker of this item?
