Maker CommunicationAlthough polite whenever I messaged, they seem adamant that answering client messages creates huge delays, making me feel liable for long wait times when checking on progress. Project Completion TimeThe maker provided several different ETAs and subsequent excuses over the span of 6 months for a pre-made item and never provided a tracking number. Overall Project QualityCould be better. It matches the style of the business very well and seem like the basic elements (shape, band, markings) will stick around for a long time with proper care. The colors are consistent, but the bat markings are undefined and end up looking like splotches. Also, the edges/tip of the ear is rough and raw. Components Head Wear SatisfactionEars are very comfortable to wear. The band is bare, but so thin you barely notice. The ears are secured with wire, so they're very stable, but could be unpleasant to someone with little hair. Visual SatisfactionThe markings are even and sturdy. The fur isn't the highest quality, which brings out the questionable shave job. The piercings are sturdy, but the gems are not. The fur is creased, but that could be due to shipping.
