Getting a quote was straightforward, and they explained what information they needed, including references and measurements. The process was easy to understand, even though my character had a fairly detailed design. Maker CommunicationCommunication was one of the strongest parts of my experience. Responses were generally quick, and even if there was ever a delay, they always explained what was happening instead of leaving me wondering. They were friendly, professional, and patient with all of my questions. Throughout the commission they kept me updated with progress photos, asked for approval before moving on to major steps, and were very willing to make small adjustments when I requested them. I always felt involved in the process, which I really appreciated. Project Completion TimeThe project took about as short as I expected based on the ETA I was given and I was kept informed about the production queue. There were a couple of small delays during production and shipping, but the maker communicated them clearly and continued providing updates. Tracking information was provided once the package shipped, and everything arrived safely. Considering this was a custom handmade project, I think the overall timeline was reasonable. Overall Project QualityI'm REALLY REALLY very happy with the final product I received. Everything feels well made and thoughtfully put together. The head is comfortable to wear, looks fantastic in person, and feels durable enough for regular use with proper care. The fur quality is soft, the seams are clean, and nothing has loosened or shown signs of wear so far. The colors and markings are consistent throughout the head, and everything lines up nicely. I especially appreciate how expressive the face is from different angles, it really brings my character to life. The finished product definitely met, and in some ways exceeded, my expectations for the price. Components Head Wear SatisfactionOverall, I'm very happy with how comfortable the head is to wear. It fits securely without feeling too tight, and I haven't experienced any pressure points or discomfort during longer wear. The lining is comfortable. The ventilation is also better than I expected, since the mouth is open, breathing feels natural and I don't feel overly stuffy even after wearing it for a while. Vision is also quite good. Like any fursuit, there are some blind spots, but they're easy to get used to after a few minutes. I can see well enough to walk around safely and interact with my friend without constantly moving my head. If I had to mention one small thing, the neck fluff can feel a little warm after wearing it for an extended period of time, but that's something I expected from such a fluffy design and it doesn't really affect my overall experience. Visual SatisfactionTbh I'm extremely happy with how the head turned out. The maker captured my character's expression and personality really well, and it immediately reminded me of my reference art when I opened the box. The fur is incredibly soft, the shaving is clean, and the markings are very symmetrical. I especially love the eye shape and expression, they give my baby a very cute and lively look. The colors also match my reference much better than I expected. The overall construction feels very clean. I couldn't find any obvious glue spots or messy seams, and everything feels sturdy and well finished. The fur brushes nicely and still looks great after wearing it several times. If I had to be a little picky, there are one or two tiny details that are slightly different from my original artwork, but they're honestly very minor and I think they were good artistic decisions that helped the suit translate better into a real fursuit. So overall, I'm incredibly satisfied with the final result and would absolutely commission this studio again. They brought my character to life even better than I imagined. Final CommentsSince this is my first commission, I'm very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend this maker to my friends. The communication was excellent, the quality of the finished head is impressive, and it's obvious that a lot of care went into making it. While no handmade project is ever absolutely perfect, the few tiny issues I noticed were very minor compared to everything they did well. I wouldn't hesitate to commission them again in the future!
