They have a very straightforward form to fill out for their commissions. Payment was completed through PayPal Invoices. Maker CommunicationI am very satisfied with Reddemon's communication and professionalism throughout the commission progress. Communication was via Twitter. They were great to work with and would often post WIP photos. Project Completion TimeThe project only took about 3.5 months to complete, which is a very fast turnaround time for a fursuit. They told me the ETA would be 6 months with 12 commissions ahead of me, so it being finished early was a great surprise! Shipping was very nicely packed and included extra claws, a belt, and a fursuit brush. Overall Project QualityI am extremely happy with the quality of this item. I would highly recommend Reddemon (which I have to many people already!) for any fursuit work. Easily, this project was definitely worth more than I paid (about 1.1k), but they are raising their prices for the next round of commissions which is well-deserved. Keep in mind that Reddemon does not speak English. Despite this, communication was still pretty great. They are a really fast and efficient worker. They do not send WIP pictures in DMS, however, they are pretty good at posting their progress photos on Twitter. Components Head Wear SatisfactionI really love the head. It is extremely comfortable and breathable. There are several air vents in the suit to breathe out of. It is also extremely lightweight because it is 3D printed out of (assumingly) PLA. Additionally, there is a chin strap and helmet piece inside of the head to make the wearing experience as comfortable as possible. I really like the chin strap because it makes the head stable and helps it not wiggle around. The inside of the head is NOT lined, but it is not something I mind because the top helmet piece prevents my face from touching any of the PLA plastic/insides. The vision of the head is spectacular. The buckram that the maker used is very high quality. Not only is the pupil of the eye buckram, but the white outer part also is, allowing full vision. There is additionally no blindspots inbetween the eyes. which is something my last suit (different maker) struggled with very much. Visual SatisfactionEverything on this suit is pretty much completely symmetrical, which is extremely impressive. There are no visible seams, and the design is completely on point. The shaving is all even, and the maker did such a great job with the fur length variation on the face. The fur is extremely high quality and soft. The expression on the face is a very cute smirk look, with static (not 3D) eyes. The mohawk on the character looks spectacular; it almost looks like he is straight out of an anime which I love. Hands Wear SatisfactionThe paws for the suit are very well crafted. The inside is lined with a very comfortable, silky material that keeps my hands cool. I can slip them on and off very easily. The paw pads are very plump and soft. Visual SatisfactionThe shaving on the paws is absolutely spectacular. Probably one of my favorite parts on this suit! I love how big the paw pads are. 3D printed claws are also attached and they look great! The maker included extras in the package incase they fall off or get lost. Tail Wear SatisfactionThe tail is awesome to wear. Despite it being very long, it does not feel heavy to wear. It is a great shape, and is filled with high quality stuffing. The fur is very soft and the design was executed perfectly. The maker even included a belt with the package. Visual SatisfactionThe tail's design is great.
