Overall

Initial ContactInitial contact was fairly easy with me filling out the quote form on their website, and to my surprise, they accepted me as a client. Communication afterwards was done mostly through Telegram.

Maker CommunicationCommunication was for the most part great. They always responded to my messages as promptly as possible. Communication did slow down a little when the suit was ready to be shipped out due to moving of the studio and health issues which made me anxious at times, but I was constantly reassured that my concerns are taken seriously and was eventually followed up with within a week at most.

Project Completion TimeOverall I'm satisfied with the completion time. I casually mentioned to them that it'd be nice to have the suit done by Anthrocon, and they went ahead and finished it before Anthrocon, however, it couldn't be shipped out until after Anthrocon because of the moving and health issues. But I'm perfectly fine with it, as I never intended Anthrocon to be a hard deadline anyways.

Overall Project QualityI'm very satisfied with the overall quality of this suit. It is exactly how I imagined my first fursuit to look like and absolutely worth the price paid.

Components

Head

Wear SatisfactionThe head fits pretty comfortably. I am able to wear it with my glasses on thanks to my maker being able to make room for them as asked, which is a plus. It does press against my cheeks a little and it takes some effort to put it on and take it off, but that's something I can get used to as a first time suiter. The head was lined thoroughly and is very absorbent. The ventilation through the mouth is pretty good too. Vision is also very good.

Visual SatisfactionThe head looks absolutely beautiful! Shaving is nice and even, the fur looks and feels fluffy and easily brush-able, and everything, including the hair, is symmetrical. The 2D glasses were especially impressive. Not a lot of suits have static glasses on them and I think they did that part pretty well!

Hands

Wear SatisfactionThe paws are a pleasure to wear! They are fairly easy to move in, which is what I'd expect for five fingered paws. They are very durable with no holes or popped seams. The interior is lined thoroughly and very absorbent.

Visual SatisfactionThe paws look flawless! They are very fluffy too. I'm happy that they followed my specific request of making the left and right paws a certain color so it matches the concept art.

Tail

Wear SatisfactionThe tail is very easy to wear! All I need is to attach the belt to the sewn in loop at the top of the tail. The tail and the strap are very durable.

Visual SatisfactionI couldn't be happier with how the tail looks! It's very fluffy and the transition from the blue to white fur near the tip looks very clean. It is also evenly stuffed and moves around perfectly.
