The forms are straightforward and easy to complete, and I encountered no issues on either of the two occasions I submitted one. After the selection process concluded, the maker contacted successful applicants via the email address provided in the form to communicate the quoted price. I promptly accepted the quote and suggested continuing our communication over Telegram. From that point onward, the process was seamless. We agreed on a payment plan consisting of six monthly installments, with an upfront payment of 30%, in accordance with her stated Terms of Service. Maker CommunicationThroughout the entire process, the maker maintained a professional demeanor while also being friendly and kind, which I greatly appreciated and was happy to reciprocate. Once work on my items began, she informed me promptly and kept me regularly updated on her progress, often on an almost daily basis. She also communicated in advance when she would be unavailable for a few days during the summer due to vacation. I am extremely pleased with the transparency of the process and the quality of communication maintained before, during, and after production. Project Completion TimeBecause the maker opened ten commission slots simultaneously, there were other clients ahead of me in the queue. However, I asked whether it would be possible to have the suit completed before FBL in October. She accommodated this request without issue, moving me up in the queue and ultimately meeting the deadline with ample time to spare. In early August, she informed me that work on my suit had begun and made substantial progress in less than a week. As previously mentioned, she then notified me in advance of a short summer vacation, resuming work immediately upon her return. The project was completed after approximately another week of work. In total, from the moment she confirmed the start date, the suit took roughly three weeks to complete, with less than two weeks of active production time. The fursuit was shipped shortly thereafter via FedEx, with tracking information provided. Shipping transit time is outside of STF’s control, so I consider it irrelevant to the evaluation. As the shipment was sent from Italy to Spain, it did not encounter any customs issues. Overall Project QualityThe fursuit looks, feels, and wears exceptionally well; so much so that even the maker herself expressed how much she loved it. I would confidently describe it as a masterpiece, though I acknowledge a degree of bias given that it represents my own character. Every item matches the reference material perfectly and is highly visually appealing. I could not be happier with the final result. My expectations were already very high, yet STF managed to exceed them by a wide margin. I am also genuinely honored to have joined the STF family, whose members have all been incredibly kind and welcoming. Components Head Wear SatisfactionIn terms of wearability, the head is exceptionally comfortable, earning a solid 9/10 overall. Its lightweight construction is a major advantage, as it places minimal strain on the neck and allows it to be worn comfortably for multiple consecutive hours, which is genuinely impressive. The head includes an internal elastic headband and an adjustable chin rest that help keep it securely positioned on the wearer. That said, in my case, I found that I must wear a balaclava. Without one, the regulation clip on the elastic headband eventually becomes uncomfortable, as it rests directly on top of my ear and applies pressure over time. Since I would wear a balaclava regardless to manage sweat, this is ultimately a minor issue and easily mitigated. The inner lining is made of Techno Airtex mesh, which does a good job absorbing any moisture that passes through the balaclava. Regarding ventilation, I opted for the additional internal fans offered by StuffedTailsFursuits (STF). These are an excellent addition: they operate quietly and are highly effective at cooling the wearer. Breathing is easy, and airflow is not a concern. Visibility is very good overall, although some hair does partially obscure the right eye. The primary visual drawback is a mirror-like effect that occurs in dimly lit environments when the LED eyes are activated. This behavior is understandable given the lighting conditions, and I do not fault the maker for it. Visual SatisfactionThe head’s aesthetics are flawless. I genuinely cannot identify any issues with the design; it matches the provided reference art perfectly, achieving a true 1:1 translation. The expression, combined with the follow-me eyes, allows for an excellent range of angles when taking photographs. Overall, this easily earns a 10/10. Hands Wear SatisfactionThe hands are very comfortable, and the inner lining effectively manages sweat during wear. I also appreciate the small internal labels marked “L” and “R,” which make it easy to distinguish between the left and right hands. The paw pads are somewhat stiff, which makes fully closing the hands slightly more difficult; aside from this minor issue, I have no complaints. Overall, I would rate them 9.5/10. Visual SatisfactionIn terms of visual appeal, I am absolutely delighted with how soft the paws are. I am also very pleased with how the claws turned out, especially considering they are made of minky. All in all, this aspect easily earns another 10/10. Tail Wear SatisfactionThe tail is easy to attach to a belt using the straps at its base and allows for good freedom of movement, as it is not overly heavy. There is a zipper that takes some getting used to, as it presses against the lower back; however, its placement is logical given my intention to upgrade to a full bodysuit in the future. This design will allow the suit to be converted between a fullsuit and a mini partial as needed. Overall, I would rate the tail’s wearability at 9.5/10. Visual SatisfactionOnce more, the feeling and visual appeal is a 10/10. I fail to see anything wrong with it since it is a 1:1 of what the reference shows. Special FeaturesThe head is equipped with integrated electronics that power both the internal fans and the LED eyes. The control board connects easily to a power bank, which fits neatly into a pocket at the back of the head and rests comfortably just below the neck. The control button for these features is discreetly located inside the ear, allowing for convenient and unobtrusive operation. I also commissioned magnetic expressions that can be easily attached and removed, along with an additional set of hypno irises that glow under UV light. The ears are fitted with multiple piercings—two metallic gold earrings on the right ear and an industrial piercing on the left—which have proven both fashionable and well made. Taken together, these custom features fully deserve a 10/10. Additionally, I commissioned a dedicated head bag, which greatly simplifies transport and is visually appealing. My only concern is the placement of the zipper, which in my case is located at the bottom. Due to the size of the head’s ears, inserting and removing the head can be somewhat cumbersome, requiring extra effort to make everything fit properly. A design with the zipper positioned on the rear would likely allow for smoother handling and reduce the risk of the head becoming ruffled during transport. The black-and-white color scheme looks excellent, though it does tend to stain relatively easily. For these reasons, this item receives a 7.5/10, and it is the only component for which I have significant constructive feedback.
