I found them on twitter, a customer had re-twitted their opening announcement and i went right in since i was looking for some paws! I submitted after a lil research and they contacted me the same day but it got send to my spam folder and didn’t see it until a few days later. The form and process to submit a quote was easy to understand, all i had trouble where how to take the measurements but i figured it out Maker CommunicationThey respond fast, are polite and professional. They have a great organization and informed me on every step of the way, i was never left with questions. Project Completion TimeThey informed me about the estimated time, around a week to a whole month, they finished them in a few weeks. Super fast! The shipment was done not long after completion and it arrived fast, sadly the box came with a hole but everything was intact and i suspect it happened in transit. Overall Project QualityOverall quality 10/10! I think is very much worth the price and they take great detail to their work. All i really have to say is the ankle being close to coming off when i walk, while it could be my fault for taking measurements wrong, i suggest for the maker to add a strap that tightens the area for both products but thats it! And about the style not matching with other products, i don't have a problem with that at all but putting it here nonetheless for future customers to keep in mind if you are unlike me and care about this. Components Feet Wear SatisfactionIts very comfortable, fits me perfectly expect for the ankle that is not tight and it threatens to come off but i take fault in that, i admit i was a little lost with how to properly take my measurements; i just cant confidently run with them but is no problem since im not planning on using them roughly. They are very flexible and i really enjoy how they look in certain positions! I cant put them on very easily. As of now the seams have not popped, they are very neatly done. The inside is lined and very soft, it has a removable insole which makes it easier to wash but a little annoying to put on and off but curiously it doesn't move while walking. 10/10 Visual SatisfactionI LOVE how it looks however i admit they are different from their other sockpaws which is what i was expecting, even if mine is low ankle unlike their examples that are high ankle, the toes look very different and general size is bigger; while I DONT MIND THIS i recommend they put more examples on their website. Again i repeat, i dont mind this since im not picky, if i really did i would have mentioned it to them. I actually think they look exactly like the reference sheet! The shaving is really neatly done, and i love how they did the transitioning of the fur; this was a specification i asked for and im super happy with it! Fur is highquality, soft and shiny.
