Initial contact was made over discord, and payment was sent via paypal. The measurements needed was a cardboard tracing of my hand for the paws themselves, and leg length and sacrum.
I am extremely satisfied, we first went over different concepts for how the tail would look, then discussed furs to use. Updates were sent almost every day once started, and they always responded within 24 hours. Communication was clear.
Very satisfied. Work on the tail itself began March 30th and was completed April 27th, and the paws were started properly on April 28th (though the claws were sewn before this) and completed May 17th.
I was given a rough completion date of before May 22nd, and got to collect my tail early.
I collected both in person at a shared event.
I am extremely satisfied with the product received, I've owned it for over a year and have bought it to dozens of meets (and gotten many compliments on the tail especially lmaoo) with everything matching together perfectly. The product was easily worth double the price I've paid imo, and I'm very glad my maker has since raised their prices.
Very comfortable to wear! Pretty big so movement can be a little difficult with some fingers. Covers my wrists completely, and stays on with little effort despite size and roominess. Pretty easy to put on but took some trial and error at the start.
Very durable, have owned over a year and no seams have popped nor has anything fallen off. Interior is completely lined, though they are a little tricky to turn inside out for cleaning.
Highly detailed, very symmetrical, shaving is completely even with a good transition between furs, all fur feels high quality, though some of the minky used for the paw pads, claws and skeletal details has degraded a little over time, but is very easy to brush and keep clean.
Very satisfied with the colours used, with the red being a shade more vibrant than the existing suit head, but it is barely noticeable. Matches concept art near perfectly.
Surprisingly light (around 2kg) despite it being almost 4ft long! Very comfortable to wear and stays in place over long periods of time. The same high quality fur as the paws was used, and there have been no issues with the tail itself.
I'm nowhere near gentle with the tail and have experienced no issues with seams popping or spikes falling off, though if I try and wag it too hard/move too quickly the foam base may slightly tear.
The belt however could not support the tail at all and had to be replaced after the first outing as the velcro had already completely worn off. I invested in a £40 custom made powerlifting belt (a custom size was needed as the beltloops were an unusual size) and have had no issues since, I also didn't mind this investment as I got the tail for such a cheap price.
Very symmetrical, shaving is perfectly even. Tail does not have very much wag to it, however as it was their first non-floordragger big tail I can't fault this and am still extremely happy. There is still a decent bit of bounce and it is not completely static.
The tail's fabric cover is a little bigger than the foam base and appears slightly baggy at some points, however this is hardly noticeable. Matches the concept art near perfectly.
