She also talks all the time in the large customer group chat keeping everyone updated on not only their own projects, but every project in the que. It is very easy to know how far along she is at any point. She is also very nice and understanding to any changes to the suit or payment stuff. It felt like I was talking to a friend (in a good way)! Project Completion TimeConsidering I bought him as a pre-made, I am very happy with how long it took. Shipping was done quickly and efficiently . Overall Project QualityOverall, I would give Mochi a 8/10. I love the way he looks and all the confidence he gives me when wearing him. I have also let many other people wear him because he is a really good suit to see out of and gives a good impression on how it would be to own their own. Cleaning is also VERY easy as he is machine washable per the creator. I myself have machine washed him twice and each time he came out with no damage or fading. For spot cleaning I just use a green machine. I initially was never planning on getting this fursuit, but I won the auction for him. That is why he was both bought and shipped within the same month. The reason I gave an 8 instead of a 10 is for 2 things. The part where the neck fluff meets the head likes to tear. It happened twice during a con and again just wearing at a local meet. All 3 times it was an easy fix, but its concerning how quick it happened. The other reason is that this fursuit was very expensive for what I got. Don't get me wrong, I love him and do not regret buying him at all, but the price was a little high. Components Head Wear SatisfactionThe fursuit has a soft and well made liner made out of a soft and absorptive cloth. that covers the entire inside of the head. It also has a strap on the inside of the head that goes over the top and sides of my head. I have tried to make it fall off by moving around a lot and went upside down to test how well it holds and not only did it not fall off, it also stayed mostly in the same position! This head is also very light and smaller than others I have worn which makes moving around very easy. Ventilation is really well done with most air coming out of the mouth of the head. The eyes are also perforated to allow me to obviously see, but also to vent air out. The eyes on this suit are really large which makes visibility very good and clear. I can easily see around and directly in front of me. I do have to turn my head to see, but there is no blind spot in front. Visual SatisfactionAll of the materials used to make this fursuit head are very soft and nice to touch. The fur used on the neck, ears, and hair on the top of the head is easy to brush and nice to stroke or pet. The horns are made of a soft plush material that cleans easily and can move around a little if it needs to be. Eye bases and teeth are 3d printed and are smooth. Teeth are glued in. Shaving is even and he's symmetrical. The head base is made of foam so it can be compressed if need be for stuff like packing or storing. The expression is very cute and people seem to love him!
