They were very quick to help me try on the head and once the sale went through they already had a bag with goodies and extra parts ready to go.

Yes the overall quality is amazing and very durable. There has been no damage to it. Orion and Zen work very hard to make such amazing suits and deserve all the recognition as such. The price of the suit is very much worth what I paid. The overall pieces create a very good look and has a lot of options for different outfits.
The head is roomy without the extra padding. The extra padding helps the head move with your head better and is comfortable .The neoprene for the liner is comfortable and helps with sweat wicking.
The ventilation is very good and allows airflow to come through to help cool down. I can breathe normally, head does not get stuffy.
Vision is very good even with the additional eyelids when they are attached.
The symmetry is amazing, the design as several markings that are symmetrical and there is no difference between them. The shaving is perfect and smooth. There are no crunchy bit to the fur and can be brushed easily. The airbrushed parts on the ears have no texture.
The expression is adorable and can be change so drastically with the eyelids. The eyes are static but can achieve a light following affect depending on a angle.
The maker is the one who designed the reference and it matches it perfectly.
The overall visual satisfaction is beautiful and I am in awe everytime I see him on his shelf and help but pet him.
Hands were little tight when first purchased but stretched to fit over a few wears and how are comfortable. They will not fall off even with some aggressive shaking, the wrist will show skin if the sleeve is not long enough. The durability is good, no seams have popped or claws have fallen off. The embroidery of the scales is very nice and has not changed at all. The hands are not lined and they absorb sweat well regardless.
Symmetry is very good, the scales are symmetrical and there is not difference between the hands. The fur for the hands was not shaved and is soft even around the embroidery. The selection of materials is good I love the minky used for the scales and paw pads.
The tail fits very well, is soft and mailable enough to be able to pulled close to the body so it does not drag on the ground. The tail is very secure and I have had no issues with seem popping when I end up having to sit on it.
Markings are very good and symmetrical. Fur is soft and not shaved. Minky for scales underneath is soft and padded. Tail moves wonderfully when not needing to tuck it up it of the way
