Maker CommunicationVery professional. Honestly, they are to the point and clear. Thats what I look for when commissioning someone. Project Completion TimeI was at the end of their que, so I knew it was going to be a minute. However, still made good progress, and complete pretty quickly. Overall Project QualityCommunication was consistent, examples were seen frequently, and they have a public que that made tracking so easy. Given that this was the first Owl/bird, I think Kabber did a great job! I wouldn't say no to another fursuit in the future from this maker when I have the money! Components Head Wear SatisfactionIt is a really comfortable fit. I wear glasses, and it both gives me the room to wear them, but is still snug enough to move my head. Head is lined, so I am not spitting out a hairball everytime I wear it. Vision is to be expected. A bit tricky to see out of, but that's just the suiting experience. The eyes are nice and big, so vision is pretty good! The only issue I had was ventilation, but I think this is more a fault of the species, not Kabber, since the beak needs to be angled down to work as an owl beak. As mentioned before, kabber makes really well fitting and structured heads, so its pretty easy to open up the mouth for a fan. This also serves as a nice opening for water bottles without needing to take off the head. Finally, I love the size. Bigger heads mean more likely to bump into things. Kabber made the head a nice size, while keeping the marking accurate! Visual SatisfactionAbsolutely love it. This was Kabber's first bird suit, so I was wondering how they would go about styling the head. I think it looks stellar and I love the cute beak! Kabber made sure to ask me about what colors work, so everything turned out how I wanted it to. I enjoy that they left longer fur around the beak to mimic the look of owls beaks. Hands Wear SatisfactionOverall, pretty good! Given that I don't have paws, I really cant grab Items. I can manipulate the feather segments a little to pull off some hand movements, and that looks pretty cute. They are unlined, but I prefer this as it makes it easier to pull inside out and clean. Kabber added in wrist slits in the wings which are honestly a godsend on hot days. I can sneak my hands out and let them breath. They are a but more noticeable then finger slits, but that's just the trade off. They are way too convenient to want stitched up again. Visual SatisfactionKaber actually knocked it out of the park with the patterns. This wasn't an easy thing to pull off yet they did. Honestly, sometimes I just take them out to look at. Tail Wear SatisfactionFits on a look. Not too heavy, and thanks to ut being flat, I can sit anywhere without needing to adjust. Also, makes it way easier to wash.
