Very quick, met at a con (Vancoufur), filled out quote form, and was contacted via Telegram within a day or two. Maker was very clear and responsive with questions.
Very fast and polite communication, primarily over Telegram. Was always happy to explain answers and parts of the process, and clearly showed timelines and gave updates through the process. I often woke up to fresh pictures of the suit progress.
Extremely satisfied; was completed way before expectations. Queue was shown up front; I had no specific completion date required. Items were shipped promptly and the maker accommodated my request to hold off on shipping while I was out on a trip without issue. No problems at US customs, USPS tracking was provided.
Very happy; this will be my suit for years to come. Well worth the price. Was completed very quickly yet carefully, and every piece matches the rest. Have a lot of fun wearing it. No concerns about being able to pack this and take it to cons, or keep it clean. Every portion feels flexible and durable. Excellent fit and has touches of maker's style throughout.
Purchased a kigu of the suit at the same time (and shipped in the same box) and my same comments echo the rest I've made: it's very cozy, fun to look at, and is fun to wear with the suit head on days that I don't feel like full-suiting. It has a cute embroidered face on the hood, too.
Head fits snugly but comfortably! Vision is great and aligned to my eyes; the head rarely needs to be adjusted when worn. The interior is very soft polyester lining that is cool to the touch and features the maker's own patterning / characters on the inside. Peripheral vision is on par with other suit heads I've tried. Ventilation is decent: breathing out the mouth is enough to pull fresh air in through the eyes and cool the face.
Head has very slight asymmetries but nothing noticeable unless looking for it. One eyebrow raised higher per my suggestion for appearance. Shaving is very even and smooth, no backing visible, and fur transitions are smooth. Seams match color changes of character. Fur is easy to brush and keep clean, and has no markings that would fade or bleed. Eyes are excellent and have a follow-you look from most angles. Matches ref sheet very well and has maker's own style to it.
Very comfy, full range of motion, easy to zip on and off. Not worries about tears or stretching with any particular motions. Seams durable and have shown no signs of weaknesses. Interior is unlined but very breathable (a walk by a fan is an immediate cool-off). Have not experienced any discomfort/itching while wearing. No issues keeping clean and with cleaning performed so far.
Bodysuit is perfect. Excellent fit and patterns are very symmetric. Fur shaving has no issues and colors match all around. Very easy to brush. Matches character ref very well. Zipper on chest hidden well underneath fur.
Hands have the same lining as the head and some padding. Easy to put on, symmetric between left and right, and no trouble with fingers feeling two bunched in a 4-finger handpaw. Meets suit edge well; no issues noticed with wrists showing when stretched out. Feel very durable. Easy to clean, have machine washed and air dried already with no degradation.
Color tones match character very well — the shade of blue in particular is hard to get right sometimes, but it's matched up here. Loads of compliments when people see the handpaws. Shaved evenly and seams are in aesthetically pleasing locations.
Much like the upper body, unlined but very breathable, durable, comfortable. Has digitigrade plush inserts (surrounded by polyester lining, same as the head) that fit easily into the legs and stay in place. Has zippers on bottom for feet attachments. Has zipper on back for tail as well.
Digitigrade inserts make the suit look fantastic. Like upper body, very clean, fur sewn together fantastically. No noticeable seam between legs and feet when zipped on.
Tail is light yet easy to feel. No issues maneuvering spaces with it worn. Has a belt loop and came with a belt that is comfortable and secure. Additionally attaches to the bodysuit via zipper. A portion of the zipper's sewing was starting to come loose, but it was nothing that I couldn't fix with some thread in a few minutes — I didn't even think this was worth mentioning to the maker.
Very soft, plush, and "bouncy" looking; I love it. A shape that fits the suit well yet isn't gigantic or unwieldy. Symmetric and true to ref; fur/colors/seams are all great just like the rest of the suit.
Feet are very very soft and padded and are probably the most comfortable part to wear. Need to carefully pull them up on the inside to get foot to edge of lining, but have no trouble with them staying in place once on. Has durable outside soles on bottom that are joined to the fabric nicely, and zippers to attach to the bodysuit. Zippers move well.
Feet look fantastic, match the digitigrade shape of the lower bodysuit, and the zipper is hidden well between them. Fur, like the rest, is smooth and visually appealing.
