I used to live with them.
Easy to see progress due to living situation.
Very quickly completed, despite a very short deadline and only just missing it.
Quality is good, and has lasted with minimal need to patch anything up myself. I have since got new paws and tail, but not due to build quality.
Original deadline was to have the suit ready for a convention. Everything except the bodysuit way completed for this deadline (and the bodysuit was only hours away from completion, after working almost all night on it a couple of times), so this wasn't a disappointment. Bodysuit was finished shortly afterwards, and adjustments to have the belly re-done were very quickly completed. As this was due to my not providing a refsheet, I paid extra for the modification.
Very comfortable to wear (I've slept in it numerous times, it's so comfy). Foam can be quite warm especially after a long time fursuiting, but easy to take off and cool down. Lined with lycra, for comfort, though naturally difficult to clean. Vision is fairly good compared to other suit heads I've tried.
Very pleased with how it looks. Fur has somewhat discoloured, but that's due to having a white fursona. Sturdy, and can handle being thrown around quite easily. I didn't opt for any extra features, such as interchangeable parts or moving jaw, but I'm very happy with how it came out.
Chose a bodysuit lined with lycra, to be more comfortable, however this was probably not necessary. Chose to have digitigrade padding sewn into fursuit, which makes it easier to wear and quicker to get on, however when cleaning, the padding soaks up large amounts of water, making drying very slow. The bodysuit is very comfortable (again, I've slept in it multiple times) and easy enough to get into and out of. One seam slightly undid under armpit, but I sewed this easily myself. Airflow is no worse or better than expected.
Mostly happy with the look of the bodysuit. The digitigrade looks a bit squarer than I would like, but otherwise everything is perfect after a brushing.
Lined with lycra, but this becomes a problem after a while, as sweat causes the lycra to stick to hands and pull out of place, making it awkward to put on again. Easily solved with underarmor running gloves worn underneath. Hands tend to get quite warm, as expected. Grip and maneuverability are both good, especially considering they're 4-digit paws.
Hands look great, paw pads are well sewn in, had no issues with them. I requested not to have claws.
Tail is quite big, but not cumbersome. Fits perfectly through loops designed for the belt in the suit rear. Occasionally picks up dirt, but easily brushed off. Have had to sew up a hole that formed at the base of the tail, but not a major problem.
Tail looked excellent, and matched well with the whole design. I requested a non-curled husky tail.
Comfortable and easy to wear, also came with sandals for outdoor usage. The paw fur has begun to wear thin on the soles and shows threads, suggest to limit using the paws when not full-suiting. Feet can get tired after multiple hours, but not much worse than they would in normal shoes.
Paws look amazing, though can easily pick up dirt. Mainly an issue for white paws or paw pads, not much can be done about that. I requested not to have claws. No issues with visuals.
The fursuit head was designed to fit over the top of a piece of headgear, at my request. The maker was very happy to accommodate this for me, and did so perfectly.
