Maker CommunicationOverall very happy with the communication. They responded very quickly to any questions. They went through the fabric choices and everything to make sure we matched the marking colors to make them similar to the paws I had gotten with them previously. They gave me approximate dates for when they would start the commission with their queue. They gave plenty of progress shots with the commission as they where working with it. Project Completion TimeIt was done alot faster then I thought, they had a queue that they gave me the link to to show me where I sat on their timeline. They were shipped in a timely manner and tracking was provided with USPS. It got to me very quickly after it was shipped. Overall Project QualityOverall I am very happy with how the tail looks and wears. Components Tail Wear SatisfactionThe tail wears very well. Everything seems very secure and it seems stitched together well. They have a hidden belt loop in the tail and it is very secure. Visual SatisfactionThe markings for the character looks good, they seem to be symmetrical on either side. The shaving looks good, there are some harder edges where the color changes for the markings where the fur is longer, but the parts that have shorter fur seems to blend together really well, overall I like the look of it. I enjoy the colors used for the furs and they are very soft. The tail moves quite nicely but not to much where it gets in the way. Overall I am very happy with the outcome.
