Review Video Character Concept Art Photos of Completed Product Head Wear Satisfaction The head fits snugly and has nice visibility. The mouth provides decent ventilation. Visual Satisfaction I could not be happier with the appearance. The colors are gorgeous, the expression is perfect, the shaving is expertly done, and it matches the concept art exactly. I’m delighted with this head. Body Wear Satisfaction The bodysuit is perfectly comfortable and allows for good movement. The stitching on the inside is excellent—even after having it for a year, none of the seams have come loose. The backing of the fur is pretty smooth and not itchy. The arms and legs have plenty of length to cover the hand- and foot-paws. Height-wise, the suit is a perfect fit, but horizontally it is a bit loose around the midsection, though this is easily remedied. There is some extra room in the crotch area as well, but it’s possible this is from my DTD. Visual Satisfaction The appearance is perfect. The maker chose a beautiful grey fur that fits my design well. Everything is symmetrical, and it follows the concept art completely accurately. Hands and Feet Wear Satisfaction The hand-paws and feet-paws fit well and are durably made. Both hands and feet have claws that held up well. The client provides slip-on shoes to insert in the feet, so the fit is just fine. In addition, one foot has a tag and the other doesn’t, in order to distinguish right from left, which is really helpful. Visual Satisfaction They look great! The fur is good, the craftsmanship is good, and they match the concept art well. Tails Wear Satisfaction The tail attaches by belt via a hole in the bodysuit. It has two loops to hold on to the belt, so the tail is easily worn on its own apart from the bodysuit as well. The tail looks just as good today as when I got it, and I’ve had no trouble with it. Visual Satisfaction The tail looks amazing. The shape is good, and the colors and design match the concept art perfectly. Overall Product Satisfaction How was your concept art realized? The suit matches the concept art perfectly. I had to provide a little extra detail because in my concept art, the tail obscures the butt, but the maker was patient as I provided those extra details and then followed all of the concept art with precision. How well does everything fit together and match up? This fursuit is a good fit, and I have been very impressed by the quality. My one complaint is a little bit of looseness in the middle of the bodysuit, but it’s better to err on the side of too loose than too tight anyway. Overall, I am very pleased with the craftsmanship that went into this suit. Overall Project Quality I am very pleased with both the quality and the appearance, and after a year of wearing it, I expect it to last for years to come. I am very happy with it. Purchase Process Initial Contact I saw that commissions were open on Twitter, and I filled out the form on the TwinkyArts website. The form was detailed and perfectly understandable. Maker Response Time All correspondence took place through email, and the response time was typically around 1-2 days. Maker Professionalism The maker was very professional in all correspondence. Emails were exclusively focused on business but were very friendly in tone. Project Completion Time TwinkyArts usually opens for commissions once a year, and my commission was finished well within that one-year period.
