Features: None Concept Art Photos of Completed Product Overall Initial ContactIt was very easy to communicate with my maker when she was open for quotes. My request for a quote was answered promptly and any follow ups were answered in a very timely manner (within a day). It was also very easy to understand what my maker required in terms of measurements, DTD, and etc, and it was easy to contact her for clarification when needed. Maker CommunicationCommunication throughout the commission process was very good and definitely exceeded my expectations. She always replied in a very timely manner through Telegram and I was kept in the loop when it was my turn in the queue. I felt that I was treated well and my maker listened when I had some suggestions or requests for changes, and did not make me feel like I was causing annoyance. I was very comfortable throughout the process. Project Completion TimeI am very happy with the project completion time. In fact, it probably could have been completed sooner but I had moved back the desired completion timeframe because I wanted to pick my suit up from her directly at FWA rather than FurDU. There is a Trello board where my maker would update the tasks as she completed them so I was always informed of the status. My maker easily met the completion date target and delivered in a timely manner. My maker had actually arrived to the con earlier than expected and was able to deliver the suit to me the night before, which was awesome! Overall Project QualityOverall, I am very happy with the quality of this fursuit. In fact, it has exceeded my expectations when I consider the visual appeal of it. I think my maker did an amazing job with taking my design and creating something that I can easily recognise as my fursona. All the parts of the suit match up really well at the seams and the fit is perfect when worn all together. In terms of consistency with my maker's previous projects, I think my maker does modify her style depending on the project, the species, and the character's style. Components Head Wear SatisfactionThe fit of the head is great. I gave my head measurements to my maker and she did a great job making it fit comfortably. The ventilation is fine due to the relatively large mouth opening and the air circulates well. The vision is not amazing but this was largely due to the style of eyes I had requested my maker to purchase. Peripheral vision is limited but I got used to turning my head from side to side in order to see my surroundings. Visual SatisfactionI am very happy with the way it looks. There is a slight asymmetry with the cheek dots, but it is not a major issue that detracts from my satisfaction with the head. The head does match my character's design well. The fur feels soft and easy to brush and smoothed out and the construction is solid The eyes are static and I am happy with the expressions that I can achieve with it. It also comes with two pairs of eyelids to change the expressions but I have only used them sparingly and not when public suiting as the velcro does not stick too tightly. I did not raise this as an issue but just chose to use them for photos. One-Piece Body Wear SatisfactionI am very satisfied with the fit of my bodysuit. I think it exceeded my expectations for how well it fits my frame. The range of movement I can perform without causing excessive strain to my suit is very good and I have been able to stretch and perform many actions without popping any seams so far. The bodysuit is unlined but the inside is not scratchy, especially if I am wearing underarmor. The bodysuit is not exceptionally hot and in a breeze, I can definitely feel airflow through it. Visual SatisfactionI am very happy with the bodysuit from a visual standpoint. The markings were symmetrical and matches my design well. The shaving is even and the transition between fur types and lengths were fine. The fursuit is easy to brush and the colours selected were very similar to my reference sheet. I am also very happy with the shape of the digitigrade legs as it is on the slimmer side, which is what I had wanted. Hands Wear SatisfactionThe hands are comfortable to wear and allows for decent finger movement. I have noticed that it will untuck themselves if I move my hands too much while wearing them as part of my fullsuit, but I would have to move my hands in an extreme fashion for this to happen (like trying to climb something and etc.). Putting them on is easy and the fit is good. The quality and durability has also been great and I haven't popped any seams on them. The interior is lined (not sure about the material but it is smooth and comfortable) and absorbs sweat well. Cleaning is easy by just using a washing machine. Visual SatisfactionI am very happy with the paws visually and they look very symmetrical and follows my fursona's design very closely. The claws all face in the correct direction but may be bent sometimes due to them being made of fabric, which is fine and makes sense. It is not difficult to get them back into alignment by pinching them. The shaving and material used is great and I have no complaints there. I would have preferred slightly more stuffing to the paw pads but they still look and feel very good as is. Tail Wear SatisfactionThe tail length is great and wags well. It also seems to be sturdy and I have not had any popped seams even when having it be tugged on. The tail is attached directly to the bodysuit so there is no need to wear a belt specifically to support it. Visual SatisfactionI am very happy with the tail from a visual perspective. Shaving, colour selection, material look and feel are all fantastic like with all the other parts of the suit that were previously mentioned. The tail moves as expected when I attempt to wag it or when I'm walking around. The design also matches my reference sheet without any issues. Feet Wear SatisfactionI am very happy with the way the feet fit and they are comfortable to wear long-term. They have not slid off in all my time of wearing the suit and does not expose my ankles no matter what I'm doing with them. The durability is fantastic and I have not popped any seams even after running around. The interior is lined with the same material as the hand paws, which is smooth and comfortable. Visual SatisfactionVisually they are great and matches my character's design. As with the handpaws, the shaving, material choice, colour choice, look and feel were all amazing. The claws on the feet are also made of fabric but because they are stuffed, I do not really experience the same issue with my hand paws where they may be bent, which is nice. She was very easy to communicate with, quality of work was amazing, and it does not feel like she is just churning out fursuits for the sake of them, but rather taking the time to make it fit the style of the fursona it is meant to represent.
