Features: Hair / Wig Photos of Completed Product Overall Initial ContactInitial contact was super easy. Contact took place over Facebook. (Was posted in a "fursuit for sale" page) Was very quick to replies. Khepri was a premade, so no DTD or measurements needed. Maker CommunicationResponse time, professionalism and customer service was extremely on point. Longest time in between replies was maybe a few hours. I personally felt like this maker took their time to make sure I knew I was going to be getting a perfect head. Neku Studios even included a small pin as a gift! Project Completion TimeSince this was a premade, I'm going to talk about shipping time instead of completion time. Shipping was extremely quick, took about a 7 business days to arrive. The box was beat up, but that's on Canada Post, not Neku Studios. I did have to pay an additional $87 for custom clearing. Again, no complaints, I expected that. Overall Project QualityI am EXTREMELY over the moon with her head! The maker did an absolute FANTASTIC job on this premade making her come to life. Everything is very consistent from the fur – shaving – where the markings start and end. Neku Studios has a very distinct style, and Khepri looks exactly like the style Neku Studios does. Components Head Wear SatisfactionI bought Khepri as a premade and the head fits absolutely perfectly. Lined | very good vision | Excellent ventilation | Static jaw Her eyes are hand painted so I ended up having to poke out a couple spots that were clogged up with paint. No complaints over that, completely expected with hand painted eyes. Liner is super comfortable. It absorbs a lot of sweat so I need to be careful/sanitize and clean it more often. Again, no complaints about that. Cleaning the head is SUPER easy. Her mouth sits exactly where mine is. The ventilation is absolutely perfect for me. Jaw comes with a COMPLETE set of top AND bottom teeth! Does not move though. Ears are super movable and sometimes "bounce" when I walk. Love it. Visual SatisfactionMy jaw was forced to the left during transit (the box had signs of it being thrown around) and has unfortunately been molded to the left, it will not pop back into place permanently, only stays in place for a short time. This was 100% Canada Posts fault; not the maker at all. Photos from the premade adopt show a straight jaw. Everything is VERY symmetrical and lines up perfectly. Only complaint is the markings on the back of her ears are a bit uneven, but can be fixed with some touching up. Shaving is a great job, no stray long fur or choppy edging. The fur is very high quality (either big z or howl quality), very soft to the touch, brushes out easy and looks fantastic brushed. The follow me eyes follow you perfectly. Fur dries extremely fast when washed. Visually id give it a 9/10 with the jaw malformation, when the jaw is pushed into place – 10/10.
