Overall

Initial ContactThrough twitter and word of mouth, Mars was easily contacted through twitter and her telegram server for a quote and to begin the commission process.

Maker CommunicationExcellent communication about progress and anticipated completion dates, I felt updated adequately and received multiple WIP pictures along the way.

Project Completion TimeWhile the estimated completion date varied slightly from the actual completion date, this was always communicated as tentative and I was consistently updated throughout the process. I am overall very happy with the completion time and have no complaints!

Overall Project QualityOverall I am extremely happy with how my fursuit was upon delivery and wearing it so far. It is comfortable and easy to wear with many high quality details for durability and comfort. The markings are well done, symmetrical, and the colors are consistent throughout. She fits me very well and I have not had the need for any adjustments. There were minor issues (self inflicted damage to one marking, and one small hole) that the maker easily offered to repair. The design matched the concept art exceptionally well and I am very happy with how she turned out, and was extremely worth the price and time of commissioning. Mars was very communicative along the way and was open to my ideas and suggestions for some of the details.

Components

Head

Wear SatisfactionThe head fits very well, and is fully lined. The vision is excellent even with eyelids, and the eyes are printed with dye-sublimation. Ventilation is also excellent, and I have no issues with breathing or feeling overheated! I am overall very satisfied with wearing her, and find her very comfortable.

Visual SatisfactionHer markings are done extremely well and are symmetric. Overall has very smooth and uniform shaving that gives a high quality look with one or two very minimal areas of wear. Dry brushing of the markings around her muzzle and ears are well done and do not bleed. She has 3D eyes that are expressive and eyelids easily attach give her a range of expression. Overall I am extremely pleased with how she looks! Mars worked with me to enable this suit to have a magnetically removable hair tuft, so that she can be worn both with and without it and still look excellent. All markings were excellently followed to the concept art, and she looks just like Mars' art!

Hands

Wear SatisfactionPaws are 4-fingered puffy paws with claws, they fit very well and are extremely comfortable. Provide a good coverage of my wrists and do not fall off easily. They are unlined and appear durable and high quality.

Visual SatisfactionI love the appearance of the paws, and the claws are well done and flow nicely into the shape of the paw. The shape and color of the pawpads are perfect for my character.

Tail

Wear SatisfactionThe tail is lightweight and easy to wear! The length reaches my ankles without dragging on the ground, and it attaches with loops to a belt. While i have worn this part less than the others (my kigu has a built in tail) I am very satisfied with it so far!

Visual SatisfactionThe tail shape is well done and the markings are very symmetrical. It has longer fur than some of the other parts which gives it a nice flowy appearance when worn. I really like where it falls and the way it is shaped and sized.

Feet

Wear SatisfactionThe feet are lined with lycra, and comfortable to wear. They are slightly big (as intended) but not too difficult to move in. They are lightweight and cover my ankles without falling off or slipping down. The seams and claws appear durable, and have not been an issue.

Visual SatisfactionOverall very satisfied with the appearance of the feet! They fit very well and are easy to wear when partialing or with my kigu. They are very symmetrical and the pawpads are well done. Mild staining on the claws as they are white, but should be relatively easy to clean. The shaving is smooth and well-done with minimal areas of wear.

Special FeaturesMars worked with me to create 2 sets of expressive eyelids that attach to the eyes via velcro, and a removable hair tuft that attaches to the head through a magnet embedded under the fur of the head. This allows flexibility in how the head looks, and so far I have had no issues with the strength of the magnet holding up.
