Features: Hair / Wig Concept Art Photos of Completed Product Overall Initial Contactit was very easy to approach and make a quote from them and with a bit we started a payment plan we used telegram to communicate Maker CommunicationHonestly for the communication was okay i know some things were said through email on how i was a bit upset which i admitted was my own fault and i apologized. But over all was good. but often times i didn’t know things were going on and i was trying to get my progress report at times but after they started things kept rolling in and i was happy with it. The only thing i would improve on is the lack of being able to find my colors' they told me they delete their convos after their business with the costumer is finished and that’s the only thing i would improve on. maybe even keep a list of peoples colors on hand. Project Completion TimeEverything was completed within time there’s no eta's or rush to get it done. and it was shipped with in a good time Components Head Wear SatisfactionThe head is super Comfy and i’ve been wearing this every fursuit Friday. I can see pretty well even with out Glasses! That’s the only thing that was missing enough room for glasses but that was on my fault that i failed to ask for that so next time i will know to ask for a bit more room for glasses! The ventilation is perfect i can actually even stick a small mini fan inside to keep my face cool in case i’m too warm inside! Visual SatisfactionThe design definitely matches my Sona perfectly. The shaving was done very expertly. The fur is soft and and the expression is Just feels like what i want which was happy! and i couldn’t be more happy with the visual looks! I’m still happy and people just love the fursuit photo's i post every Friday and i wouldn’t change a thing they did.
