Overall

Initial ContactI searched for makers on getfursu.it and found Pilotti through there.
On her website it was clearly stated when commission slots would be next available.

Before then I texted her on Telegram, sent her the ref sheet and got a quote and when the commission slots were open I just filled out a google form.
All very easy and convenient.

Maker CommunicationCommunication went smoothly.
We stayed on Telegram throughout the process.
The communication was quick and very friendly but also purposeful.

I got frequent WIPs or reference pictures for questions.

The WIPs clearly showed the progress and the product from all angles.
At no point during the process did I feel lost or badly informed.

Project Completion TimeI feel like the project was completed very quickly.
I placed the commission on April 1st, 2025 got accepted the day after and immediately received some images of fur samples.
And even though there has been a delay caused by the fur fabricant the finished product arrived at my doorstep on June 17th 2025.

So from commission to receiving the product in less than three months.

Overall Project QualityI am very happy with her!

She feels great to wear, even for longer durations, the vision is great and ventilation is really good as well.
She feels quite durable, I don't feel like I need to be overly careful (obviously it's still a fursuit and you need to be careful with it, just not overly so).
Her style is very consistent with the other products of the maker.

I'm also very satisfied with her look, she is super adorable, fit's the design and all design changes were communicated beforehand.

Components

Head

Wear SatisfactionThe head is very comfortable to wear.
It fits snugly but is not too tight. There are no pressure points that get uncomfortable after longer suiting sessions.
It's easy and quick to put on and take off as well.

Breathing in the suit is quite easy. Since the head sits so snugly against the human head underneath there isn't really much air circulation within it, but it also doesn't get stuffy.

The vision is very good as well.
There isn't any blind spot in the middle. It's like holding up a finger in front of your nose, sure you can see there is something but it doesn't obstruct your view.
Peripheral vision is obviously impaired, as is downward vision. I do have to look around a bit more but I don't feel like I can't keep proper track of my surroundings.

Also 3D-Vision of nearby things is somewhat impaired (particularly noticeable when aiming for a nose-boop on fellow suiters).

And the next part is 100% on the character design and no fault of the maker whatsoever:
Due to the character's design, her hair often falls over the left eye, obstructing the view through it some or even completely. But, again, this is due to the characters design and also somewhat desired as it fit's the character, that she brushes her hair aside every now and then.

Visual SatisfactionI love how she looks!
She seems a bit more cute and shy than on the reference sheet, but I find that fits her (and me) way more.
All changes to her design have been communicated by the maker and approved by me, there were no changes I didn't know about beforehand.

Her freckle-markings have been simplified, but that fits her look super well and the exact look of her freckles isn't that tightly defined anyways, just that she has some.

Her face is quite symmetrical, but not perfectly so. And the ears are also not perfectly symmetrical
But I honestly really like that, it makes her seem more real.

The shaving is done really well.

The fur feels really nice to touch and while the hair is a bit less soft it also feels nice.

When you look closely some seams are visible and not everything is perfect, but you really only notice when you look closely.
And it's really nothing that distracts from her design.
