I also informed the maker about the body suit not fitting well in some areas, they instructed me on how to designate what areas needed adjustment before I shipped it back to them for quick adjustment in less than a day. Features: None Concept Art Photos of Completed Product Overall Initial ContactVery easy, the seller was responsive to twitter messages when I had questions about things missing from their quote form. Maker CommunicationThe maker was always timely with responses to issues once I had received my suit. Looking back I would have enjoyed slightly more work in progress updates as my suit was being constructed, but they still shared a decent amount of updates so I cannot complain too much there. Project Completion TimeHaving my suit in 6 months was amazing. After seeing so many makers struggling to deliver on time and leaving customers high and dry for years, it was a breath of fresh air to see them get this done for me in that short period of time. Overall Project QualityOverall I am very happy with the suit I received. The quality on some of the stitching on smaller items gave me issues but thanks to the maker's repair policy I was able to have all of these things addressed for free. The execution of my design far exceeded my expectations. The head especially was a perfect creation of my character's features and really feels like me, I put it on almost daily. For the price I paid I believe I received a high quality product. My main concern is how long the stitching on some items may last in the long term but that can always be addressed easily as issues arise. Components Head Wear SatisfactionThe head is very comfortable to wear. The neck hole into the head was tight at first, which led to the lining getting strecthed and some stitching coming undone. Luckily after discussing with the maker I was able to get this adjusted by another maker at a convention who hand sewed it for me as a looser fit, making it easier to get in and out of. The tightest spots are on the chin and bridge of my nose, but both are not too tight and still comfortable for long sessions of wear. The lining is very well done and comfortable. The head can get stuffy but the eyes are wide, giving good vision and some air circulation. I suspect my head gets extra stuffy because of the mustache feature on it, blocking some airflow in the mouth, which is just a fault of my own design. To see clearly most of the time I turn to center my vision out of one eye hole, but the central blind spot is not very large to be overly obtrusive, overall I am very happy with the vision. Visual SatisfactionI love how the maker implemented my character's mustache and beard into the design. They require extra upkeep and brushing but it is worth it for me. The shaving appears even and well done and the different fur lengths are all very well done. The maker made the expression exactly what I asked for, and the velcro eyelids and tongues provided help me make it even more expressive. One-Piece Body Wear SatisfactionThe bodysuit has a front main zipper and is easy to get in and out of by myself. Through all of my use I have not had any seams pop or any issues with mobility. The hips/crotch area was quite loose when I received it but since the maker included a 1 year free adjustment period, I was able to send it back for very quick adjustments. They had it adjusted and ready to ship back out the day after they received it, I was very impressed! Visual SatisfactionI'm very happy with the appearance, it is symmetrical and the maker did a great job with the sizing and placement of the markings of my character. It is evenly chaved and seams are well hidden. It is evenly shaved and the colors that were picked ended up perfect. Hands Wear SatisfactionThe hand paws are easy to put on and take off. Some of the interior seams and stitching can get a little uncomfortable and irritating during longer wear sessions as there is no lining, but the paw pads are comfortable additions. Overall they are a good fit for my finger lengths. Visual SatisfactionI am happy with how the paws look, very typical and standard appearance. Tail Wear SatisfactionWearing the tail is very easy. It comes with a furred tail loop to use my own belt with. The tail loop did tear on the first day of wearing my suit, but I sent it back to the maker who had it imimediately repaired. Good for wagging! Visual SatisfactionThe long fur on the tail loop isn't seen much, which I am glad for as it is impossible to keep looking neat. The rest of the tail is perfect, fur-length and design wise. Feet Wear SatisfactionThe feetpaws fit me a little loose but my feet don't slide around too much. The lining makes them very comofrtable to wear and easy to put on. The outdoor paw pad on the bottom is pretty roughed up after a few outdoors suiting sessions but still holding up ok. There is one loose thread at the entrance hole for one of the paws I have noticed but nothing has come undone so far. Visual SatisfactionThe fur length and appearance on the paws is great, one adjustment I would consider would be having the long fur trimmed a bit shorter at the base of the paw.
