Head

Wear Satisfaction

The head is super, super light. probably the lightest fursuit head I have ever felt. I get headaches from heavy heads, and I can wear this for a long time!

Ventilation is through the eyes, mouth and there is some ventilation through the ears. As far as ventilation in fursuit heads go it’s good.

Vision is amazing. Other than the usual blind spots below the muzzle, it’s easy to see.

The inside of the head is lined and comfy, I’m not sure what with but I don’t get sweat or stink buildup.

If I am careful I can even wear my glasses under the head.

All of the spots on the head were hand sewn and the head includes whiskers that are attached well.

Visual Satisfaction

It is absolutely amazing and matches my concept art. Nothing is lopsided, the sculpting is superb. It’s adorable.

Special Attachments and Features

I think the whiskers are pretty special, they matched my concept art and are very well secured.

Hands and Feet

Wear Satisfaction

Hands and feet are very comfortable. The feet are worn like slippers. They are super comfortable and super light. I haven’t done a lot of walking outdoors but they seem durable.

The hands are plush and puffy with heart shaped paw pads and are fabulous. The claws are soft and fabric. I can put both hands and feet on with ease.

Feet have outdoor soles.

Visual Satisfaction

Brushable and soft. The paws and paw pads are velvety and smooth and the fur is fluffy and soft.

Colours are perfect. Very east to brush.

Also included were arm sleeves which have hand sewn spots, are easy to brush, very dirable. And machine washable to boot. I have washed both hands and arms and they survived fabulously.

Tails

Wear Satisfaction

It swishes when I walk and is perfectly homphable! Despite being so long it is very very light.

Seems super durable. I’ve sat on it and accidentally pulled it and nothing has popped.

Visual Satisfaction

brushable, hand sewn spots that match my concept art and is amazingly made. Was originally a little too short, but it was lengthened before it was shipped out and the hidden seams are barely noticable.

Overall

Product Satisfaction

How well does everything fit together and match up?
Everything looks amazing. I would love to eventually commission a bodysuit, but I like the partial because I can mix and match with outfits. The paws and arm sleeves are great fitting and I can move my arms around without skin showing. Feet paws are high enough up the ankle that I can wear slightly shorter pants.

The enlarged, toony, hands and feet are in proportion with the head and make me look like a fun cartoon character.

I commissioned Lobitaworks because I love the style of their cartoony heads and it was a perfect blend of their style plus my character sheet.

Overall Project Quality
Exceeds my expectations, worth every penny.

Purchase Process

Initial Contact
Very easy. I watched twitter for when the quotes were opened and then submitted one through their website.

Maker Response Time
Very satisfied. Communication was quick, and updates were given regularly. I knew where I was in the queue at all time.

Maker Professionalism
I was treated well. While I have known Denali for a long, long, time this was a purely business transaction and I was treated with respect and like all of their other clients.

Communication was very polite and businesslike, and friendly. I’m very satisfied.

Project Completion Time
Very satisfied. I needed it for June and got it in April.

Final Comments
Very satisfied.

When I was in the market for Rosie I researched several makers and sent out requests for quotes. Lobitaworks was originally my second choice for Rosie, but my first choice was on hiatus when I was ready to go forward. Lobitaworks were also willing to do hand sewn spots, which clinched the deal.

Part of the reason I chose Lobitaworks is because they have short queues and don’t overwork themselves. I have watched Denali’s work grow from Growly 1.0 to now and I have always loved it.

Well worth the price paid, for sure. Definitely not a budget fursuit and extremely well constructed all around.

On the Good/Fast/Cheap – choose two triangle, this definitely hit the Good/Fast side.
