They have their quote form listed on their website and announce commission openings every 4-5 months on their social medias and open applications with a google doc! They mainly communicate through emails to keep it more organized before the commission is started! Maker CommunicationThe maker is super quick with responses! Any questions I had during the commission process they'd get back to me within a day or two! Communication started through emails but was swapped with Discord to make contact easier. During the commission the maker made sure to check in with me during the big steps of the project to make sure I was happy with the way everything was looking. Super friendly and open to any suggestions I made! If I had any questions the maker had no problem explaining things to me as well! Project Completion TimeThe project was set to be started in late October and bleed over into November since it was such a complex character! It was extremely reasonable for it to bleed over a little. Even so they completed it within the expected time frame! once they shipped the kigu I received a photo of the shipping label and the tracking info. The maker has a publicly available Trello and frequently posts updates to it! Overall Project QualityExtremely happy with the way he came out and I had amazing communication with the maker! Sirius fits me perfectly and I honestly could be happier withe the way he came out! They did a wonderful job bringing my character to life! Components One-Piece Body Wear SatisfactionI love this Kigu! The maker at the beginning takes multiple measurements to make sure it is made to fit you just right! It fits me perfectly and it has been extremely easy to get in and out of it. Even with all of the extra embroidery the kigu has held up extremely well! It was able to keep me nice and cozy during the winter meets/cons! Visual SatisfactionThe visuals are amazing! They match my character perfectly even with how asymmetrical Sirius is they still managed to capture him perfectly! Eneko included me in every step and made sure I was happy with all of the placements before they added them! I'm extremely happy with the way all of his markings and embroidery came out! The fleece they used was super soft and I haven't had any issues with pilling at all which has definitely been a plus! Special FeaturesHair tufts and floppy/weighted ears.
