Any of the questions I had were answered by the maker. I had no issues contacting or getting a quote from them. Maker CommunicationCommunication was mainly done through Telegram Communication was excellent I got VERY frequent updates on every step of the way and the maker was very quick to respond to me if I ever had any questions. Maker was pleasant to work with and communications which for the most part felt mostly business like. Communications was very clear and I frequently got asked if I like the way things looked. I was never was worried about the maker not completing things. Project Completion TimeInitial project time was estimated to be 2-3 months, but they managed complete everything in only one month (once initial details were discussed and materials arrived). I got progress updates almost every day and was never worried about it getting completed in time. Overall Project QualityYes, I am very satisfied with what I got and I would recommend Dragon Den Fursuits to someone looking into getting their own fursuit. I absolutely love the way the maker does felines and I am very happy with the style of fursuit head I got. The spots and rosettes on the head and tail look absolutely amazing the transitions between the fur colors is seamless. The fursuit is also very well put together, in my time of wearing it I have never been worried about anything breaking or noticed any flaws in the construction. The fit is also great, it is comfortable to wear and is snug around my head. Communication was excellent and frequent and the suit had a very quick turn around. Eelowyn was professional and pleasant to work with. One thing I would note to people wanting to commission them is that, due to the fast paced nature of their work it can be a bit harder to take your time with decisions or change your mind on things since they work so fast. As a more indecisive person along with this being my first fursuit, the fast paced nature of Eelowyn's work got a bit overwhelming at times. Despite this, I would still recommend them, just make sure you have a good idea of what you want in mind 🙂 I did have to send the head back in for resizing since I was unable to wear my glasses in the suit due to a tight fit. I was a bit worried that things would not fit as well or there would be a noticeable mark where the head was resized, but I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the head still fits very well both with or without glasses and the quality of the repair was very well done. Overall I am very happy with the repair. Components Head Wear SatisfactionAs a preface this is the only fursuit head I have ever worn so I do not have anything else to compare it to. The overall fit is very good, before I got a resizing to fit my glasses inside it was a good snug fit with little head movement as I walked around. After the resizing it is a bit looser but still a good snug fit, even without glasses it doesn't slip around. Getting the glasses on while in suit is a bit tricky, but once I get them on there are no issues at all. The suit is lined with a custom Dragon Den Fursuit lycra material. It feels pretty good and does not irritate my skin at all. Ventilation seems pretty good to me and is what I'd generally expect from a fursuit, but I don't have any frame of reference on what a good/bad ventilation would be like. I feel like the vision is above average for a fursuit. I have a pretty decent field of view when wearing it. Visual SatisfactionOverall appearance is great the maker had great attention to detail when adding spots and frequently checked in to make sure I liked how everything looked. The transitions between the fur lengths and colors is amazing, I am really happy with how all the spots and rosettes came out. Quality is very good as well, the head feels well made and is machine washable. The only thing I'm not entirely satisfied with is the hair which I feel like could have been done a bit differently to match the reference a bit better, but the maker did offer to re-do it for an additional cost since it was already done and sewn on which I decided to decline. This is mostly an issue on my part though, I could have looked for and provided better fursuit references for what I was looking for, but I wanted to include this minor issue for transparency. Hands Wear SatisfactionHands are unlined by choice, I had the option to choose from various styles and lined/unlined They are one size fits all, but they're a bit big for my hands. Despite them being a bit big they are fairly comfortable to wear and are well made Visual SatisfactionThe hands are pretty simple but well made. The fur looks great on them and I have no complaints with how they came out. Tail Wear SatisfactionThe tail fits really well, despite being fairly large the provided belt strap and belt loops keep things pretty secure. Overall it feels very durable and good quality. Visual SatisfactionThe tail looks really great! I'm extremely satisfied with how it came out visually, both the colors and the pattern is exactly what I wanted.
