I knew based on their Twitter and website that commissions would be opening and I was excited to work with them. Maker CommunicationOnix has been incredibly quick to respond via Discord DM with any and all questions I had, and made it easy to understand how the suit would be created. I felt cared for as myself, and Onix made it incredibly easy to ensure the character was made female as I identify. Onix truly understood how I felt about the project, and ensured that all communication was clear and concise. Project Completion TimeI'm incredibly satisfied with the speed of Sparkle's creation. I watched from day one, as some concept art was drafted and communication was had to ensure that while my DTD would not match my upper body in a few months, the suit would. Onix was able to get my suit done just in time for a convention I was super excited to debut her at. Overall Project QualityMy entire suit is built really well. I'm amazed with the quality of every aspect of my suit, from beginning to end of the production process as well as the final result. She fits like a glove and makes me feel at home as myself and the character I have created. The suit exceeded my expectations in terms of quality. I expect her to last for years as I continue to maintain her and make very cute tiktok videos. The entire suit fits together as one, and the naked eye can't tell there are multiple pieces or even tell how they are attached. Components Head Wear SatisfactionSparkle is incredibly comfortable and soft. I have no issues suiting up, and from the moment I put her on to the moment I take her off I feel like I'm my true self. She fits perfectly, and is easy to clean. Head is made in a way where I still have surprisingly incredible. The moving jaw works exactly as expected, and gains a lot of attention. Visual SatisfactionThe head is probably the cutest part of the suit. She gets so much attention from the beautiful eyes, to the floppy ears, and soft fur used all around. Markings were implemented exactly as requested, and appears better than I expected her to. One-Piece Body Wear SatisfactionThe body suit is made perfect for my body size, and is incredibly easy to put on and take off. I never have any issues getting her on, and through the amount of wear she still feels like she did when I first got her. She's incredibly easy to clean, simply by putting her in the wash. While I get hot wearing the body suit, I feel a bit of ventilation that allows for fresh air flow. Visual SatisfactionSparkle is designed exactly as expected. Incredibly cute and I'm always getting stopped for photos. I'm incredibly satisfied with the amount of detail added at every step including a feature I requested be added to my back, an upscaled version of a physical paw print. Sparkle stands out among crowds, with a combination of the vibrant colors and the powerful design, she is noticeable from the opposite end of convention halls. Body suit is also made feminine, as she should be. Hands Wear SatisfactionThe paws are incredibly light weight and soft. Quick to absorb any sweat and super easy to move around. Cleaning is a breeze, simply by placing them in the wash. They feel incredibly durable and high quality. Visual SatisfactionThe paws perfectly match the reference sheet, along with a special touch. The vinyl used for the paw pads have a bit of sparkle to them, adding to the character. The attached claws are super soft and cute, much like the rest of the suit. Tail Wear SatisfactionWhile attaching the tail can be difficult at times, it's one of the softest parts of the suit. Once properly attached, I'm able to "wag" the tail with ease. The tail when attached, is nice and snug and hides the hole in the back of the body suit really well. It's simple to insert and remove a belt, whenever necessary. Visual SatisfactionThe tail is probably the softest part of the suit, and is a perfect shade of black. And when wagging, you can truly see the tail move bringing Sparkle to life. Feet Wear SatisfactionThe feet paws are made perfectly, offering an easy attachment to the body suit to prevent tripping and hide the fact they are separate parts. While the bottom of the feet get dirty easily, this is only a major issue when warn outside and can be cleaned in no time with a little green. Walking in the feet is easier than expected. I have no trouble whatsoever getting up or down stairs, navigating side walks, and working my way through convention centers. They are easy to put on and easy to remove. Visual SatisfactionThe feet appear to be identical on the outside, not specific to left or right making suiting up a breeze in a hurry.
