I originally messaged about a pre-made design in their instagram highlights (which already gave a price estimate), and when their commissions opened, I just had to submit a form. Maker CommunicationMy maker responded within a reasonable time. I was never left high and dry wondering what was going on. The measurements necessary to make my suit were pretty straightforward. My maker was extremely good at constantly keeping me updated with the status of my suit. Project Completion TimeI was always aware of my spot in the queue via a trello link. From the initial communication to finishing the suit only took 2 months (which is extremely impressive). I did not ask for a completion date, as I was in no hurry. (It coincidentally shipped on my birthday :)) And shipping only took about 2 days. Overall Project QualityOverall I am extremely happy with the product I received. It is genuinely my most prized possession. I feel like I paid a low price considering the quality of my suit. This suit is extremely durable, incredibly soft, and absolutely adorable. The design looks exactly as it was said to look, the fur colors on everything match perfectly with the digital reference sheet, and I honestly could not have predicted a better outcome. Components Head Wear SatisfactionThe vision and ventilation in my suit is extremely good. I have gone several hours out in public in my suit without having to remove it with no problem. On top of that, the head is super comfortable to wear. It fits perfectly to my head with no uncomfortable materials used inside the fursuit head. The eyes are HUGE, so I can see extremely well in suit. And if I really wanted to, I could peek out of the mouth lol. Visual SatisfactionI am extremely impressed with how well the suit resembles the pre-made reference sheet my suit maker provided. Super cute design, and I love how my suit looks more than anything ever. :’) It is extremely well shaven, the fur is high quality and soft. Hands Wear SatisfactionI am pretty sure my paws are lined with gloves, which makes for comfortable wear in my opinion. (They no longer line their paws with gloves, just speaking for my suit and the suits previous to mine.) They have a cute little squeaker inside, and are easy to put on. Extremely high quality. Visual SatisfactionThese paws are also made with high quality material. The fur is soft, and evenly shaven at the fingers. I love how my paws look, and feel. 🙂 Tail Wear SatisfactionIt is extremely easy to fit a belt through the hidden belt loop on the tail. It is extremely durable, and again soft.
