As soon as I have mentioned it to the maker, and as soon as I mentioned that I am okay-ish with sewing, they have sent me a tutorial video on what type of sewing should I use to fix the issue. Furthermore, they have offered to fix the issue themselves if I would have chosen to do so. Maker CommunicationThey are patient, friendly and understanding. Talking to them felt like a breeze. Project Completion TimeThe project took a tiny bit longer than expected, but the maker has gave me a heads up months in advance. The suit from the time of commissioning to the time of holding it in my hands took less than a year. I am very satisfied with how long the creation of the suit took. Overall Project QualityI could not give anything lower than a 9.5/10 to the overall quality. The maker (YeenBug Studios) has included very smart quality of life features, such as a zipper on the tail, so I would be able to change or top up the filling if needed. They have also included a squeeky toy at the tip of the tail, just as I have asked them to put a squeeky toy somewhere in the fursuit. The quality is great, the look is even better, I honestly cannot say anything negative about the entirity of the suit. Components Head Wear SatisfactionThe feel of the head is great. It was perfectly molded to my head. It's comfortable, and very well balanced. It feels sturdy, I'm not afraid it would come apart if I hold it wrong. Visual SatisfactionThe head of the suit looks really cute. The eyelids, hair and tongue are magnetically attached, which makes cleaning a whole lot easier. Hands Wear SatisfactionThey are comfortable, and durable. The maker has made an edit when I asked for finger holes on my hand paws, so I would be able to use my mobile phone with the paws on. Visual SatisfactionThey look absolutely cute and gorgeous. I'm very satisfied. Feet Wear SatisfactionThey fit a tiny bit losely, but that is because I have lost a signifficant amount of weigh since I have gave my measurements to the maker. The feet paws are comfortable, and used to fit very snugly and nicely when I got them. The material has not degraded at all. Visual SatisfactionThey look adorable. I am satisfied with the quality and the looks. Special FeaturesThe hair, tongue and eyelids are magnetically attached. This feature makes cleaning so much easier.
