Prior ExperienceYes, I have owned a few fursuits before owning this one.

Wear Time40+ hours

Informed Maker of IssuesNo, there were no major issues aside from quick fixes I could repair on my own. The velcro used for Tayzer's interchangeable tongues has fallen off a few times, but nothing a little bit of hot glue can't fix!

Overall

Initial ContactI contacted Quakezart through instagram DMs with an offer for Tayzer, and they were very kind to me. After they accepted my offer, discussing payment and shipping was easy.

Maker CommunicationI'm appreciative of Quakezart's communication, because they responded within a couple hours (sometimes within minutes). I felt like I was treated well as a client, and it was a pleasure doing business with them. Everything was communicated clearly.

Project Completion TimeTayzer's fursuit head and paws were shipped within a couple days of me purchasing him. He arrived at my doorstep within 2 days.

Overall Project Quality

Components

Head

Wear SatisfactionCurrently (while writing this), this head has been taking to two conventions and I'm happy to say Tayzer's head is very comfortable. Taking everything into account, he's a high quality fursuit head in terms of wear satisfaction.

Fit: His head is on the snug side, which works great for me because it allows his head movement to be more expressive. I tend to have a smaller head, and while it doesn't bother me, some friends have pointed out how tight he is. Also as someone who wears contacts, I wouldn't recommend wearing glasses with his head, mainly because there is no space for them. With that being said, the base is made up of foam all the way around. Usually this adds some weight, but he is not as heavy as other suits I've worn. The inside is lined with breathable fabric and there is no exposed foam.

Ventilation: I haven't run into any overheating issues, and I'm confident I won't run into any moving forward. The opening of his mouth is large which contributes greatly to his breathability. His muzzle lines up with my nose and mouth, so any hot air easily escapes.

Vision: I can see and hear relatively well while wearing him. There's a blind spot in the middle of the muzzle, but that is to be expected. I tend to rotate his head a bit if I need to see something in front of me.

Visual SatisfactionBoth on camera and in person, I am blown away with Tayzer's vibrant fur colors, different fur lengths, and expressiveness.

Symmetry: I haven't noticed any lopsided markings. His head markings are almost perfectly symmetrical.

Fur: His head contains 3 different lengths of fur: a smooth shave, 2" pile, and 4" pile. The shaved down fur covers the front of his face and some of his ears. The shaving is neat and no fur backings can be seen. The 2" fur can be seen everywhere else, except his black mane which is made up of the 4" fur. All of his fur is incredibly soft, especially after brushing it. I have deep cleaned his head before and the quality of his fur has not changed.

Expression/Overall Appearance: I am very satisfied with how expressive his fursuit head is! Tayzer's loud and rambunctious personality is beaming through Quakezart's craftsmanship. The main reason I bought Tayzer was because of how stylistic his head is.

Hands

Wear SatisfactionFit: His handpaws fit very well and they don't slip off. These paws have 4 fingers and a dewclaw, which can all move freely, so there is lots of mobility.

Quality and Durability: Similar to his head, these paws have been through a lot! After two conventions, many photoshoots, and even rollerblading with them, the seams/stitching have remained intact. They haven't needed any repairs.

Interior: The inside is lined with a fleece-like material(?) which is quite comfortable.

Visual SatisfactionI love how monstrous and massive Tayzer's paws look! Quakezart did a great job with creating a design that perceives "dinodog" (Tayzer's species).

Symmetry: Both paws are symmetrical to one another. A few of the claws are lopsided, but they actually look better that way.

Material: The outside of his paws are made up of minky and 2" fur. The minky covers up his fingers, pawpads, and claws. None of the fur on the wrists is shaven down, and it is incredibly soft.
