I reached out through their website and received a response that night. I had a quote within hours of reaching out. Communication remained quick and responsive after that. Maker CommunicationResponse time and professionalism was stellar. I never had to wait long for a response if I reached out and progress updates came regularly. Every time I even started to consider that it'd been a while since an update, they reached out within hours to let me know the progress. They communicated everything clearly and we never had any mix ups that weren't my fault. They treated me exceptionally well. Project Completion TimeMy suit's completion time was amazing. There was a queue with several people ahead of me, which I knew about going into this. They also utilized a trello which kept me up to date on the progress of the queue. Once they'd worked through their queue and got to my suit, their progress FLEW by. They got my suit done in no time at all. They officially began working on my suit in January and finished it by early April. Overall Project QualityThe overall quality of the suit is fantastic. It exceeded my expectations. All of the pieces fit together wonderfully. My gloves at first looked like they had too big of a solid stripe around the wrist but when worn with the suit or sleeves, it flows perfectly. It was well worth the price. The suit has already survived a full convention and hasn't shown any signs of wear and tear yet. It's also successfully gone through the wash and came out looking good as new. I believe this suit will last me for years to come. Components Head Wear SatisfactionThe head fits amazingly. It goes on and off easily and sits comfortably. It can be a little stuffy but the eyes/mouth offer good ventilation if there's a breeze. Vision is limited with my head due to the size of the bridge of his nose. Visual SatisfactionI absolutely love how he looks. They followed my reference to a T and even fixed a few things my reference didn't properly show. The facial markings matched my ref sheet perfectly and everything that needed to be was symmetrical. One-Piece Body Wear SatisfactionThe bodysuit fits amazingly. It's a tiny bit snug when the feet are attached and my arms can't be raised completely above my head but it's still very comfortable and doesn't hang or sag anywhere. The zippers and sewing all feel very secure. The fabric is also fairly breathable and a good breeze will go right through the suit. Visual SatisfactionI absolutely love how the bodysuit turned out. The stripes look awesome and the special marking I requested matches the ref sheet perfectly. Hands Wear SatisfactionThe gloves fit like a…glove. They're a little big but this makes them pretty easy to get on or off. Quality and durability seem nice and solid. They've survived the outdoors and a full convention now as well as the washing machine. The inside is also very comfortable. Visual SatisfactionThey look amazing and match the reference art wonderfully. Tail Wear SatisfactionThe tail's quality is fantastic and the durability seems solid. It fits well but my only complaint is that it droops a little at the belt. The material for the best loop is a bit stretchy so it pulls away from the suit a bit and makes the belt visible. Other than that little detail, the tail is wonderful. Visual SatisfactionThe tail matched my ref sheet amazingly. The shaving is nice and even. The tail hangs nicely. Feet Wear SatisfactionAs someone with flatfeet, these feet were surprisingly comfortable and the material used for the sole of the feet is fairly supportive. After 6 1/2 hours of walking around a busy convention, the feet held up amazingly! Visual SatisfactionThe feet match the ref sheet perfectly. They truly do look digitigrade when mixed with the full body suit. They're nicely symmetrical as well. Special FeaturesGloves – I have a thumb. Normally the suit maker only makes four finger gloves but they were willing to make a special pattern to give me a thumb and they turned out wonderfully.
