I filled out their online quote form and within a few days they replied to me with an estimate. After I got my slot, it was very easy for me to understand the measurements the maker needed from me. Maker CommunicationThe communication, professionalism and customer service from my maker are off the charts. They're super friendly and understanding. It never took more than 3 days for the maker to respond to any questions I had via email. They communicated very clearly during the commission process. I feel like I was treated more like their friend rather than just a customer. Project Completion TimeI was shocked by how quickly things progressed with my commission. I didn't know exactly how long the process would take, so I estimated based on how quickly they have finished previous suits. But before I knew it, the maker was already sending WIP screenshots, and in about a month or so the package was at my doorstep! The expectations were communicated very clearly, and the maker certainly delivered on them. Overall Project QualityI couldn't be happier with the final product I received. I've been wanting to bring my character to life for a while, and I'm so glad I chose Koshka to do it. Not only is the maker super sweet, thoughtful and understanding, but also the fursuit itself is so lively, unique, and fits so perfectly that I couldn't recommend them enough. The quality of the head and paws is amazing, and I have such an enjoyable experience every time I wear it. If I had to rate the overall experience out of 10, it would be 100/10. Components Head Wear SatisfactionThe head is extremely comfortable, fits well on my head and has great visibility for a fursuit head. Obviously there's a tiny blind spot in the middle and you can't see too much below the snout, but other than that the visibility range is quite big. Ventilation in the head is also very good. I can breath easily and air circulates smoothly. Visual SatisfactionFrom the outside the head looks incredible. The markings and shavings are spot-on, it matches my concept art almost perfectly. The material is super soft and the fur can be brushed super easily. The follow-me eyes combined with the natural expression + the adjustable eyelids allow for plenty of expressions, all of which look amazing. Hands Wear SatisfactionThe hand paws fit my hands like a glove. They're very soft, extremely comfortable to wear and allow for good movement. They stay on my hands unless I forcibly slide them off. They definitely seem durable. I've been using them for several months now without any seams showing, and the paw pads are perfectly intact. Visual SatisfactionThese paws look as incredible as they feel. The shaving is ever, the symmetry is flawless, and the fur can be brushed very easily. I'm very satisfied with the selection of the colors and materials used. The paw pads are fleece and padded which I love. I couldn't be happier with how the paws look and feel.
