Prior ExperienceI have had hand paws and a tail before, though this is my first time owning a full partial.

Wear Time12 Hours

Informed Maker of IssuesThe only issue he has right now is that the glue on one of his eyes seems to be coming undone and his eye could probably pop out if I pushed on it, though that might have been an error on my end and I hadn't noticed any issues when I got him.

Overall

Initial ContactIt was really easy to get into contact. We met at a con and they told me about when commissions would open and what to look out for. We started contact on email, but once I had confirmed the commission slot we moved onto telegram so communication was easy.

Maker CommunicationIt was really easy to contact my maker through Telegram. They were open about everything and made suggestions based on design choices, and though it was artist interpretation they really took my thoughts and ideas into account. I had a super busy schedule while the suit was being commissioned and despite some of the weird hours with time zone differences they got back to me really quick. They also kept me updated on all the steps so I got to see the process of his creation even though i was a bit more hands off.

Project Completion TimeI was really early in the queue with my completion deadline being October 31st. The first projected completion date I got was October 1st, though that ended up being pushed back. I still ended up getting him by the deadline I had requested when first starting the commission progress so I am by no means upset.

Overall Project QualityI am very happy with the suit I received. It is clear when looking at him or wearing him that so much time, effort, and passion was put into every single stitch. He fits me well and i have no issues at all with any part of his design or quality. He is easy to wear with a bunch of different clothing styles and the design is cohesive throughout the various parts. I will 100% say he was definitely worth the price for the design, quality, and the knowledge that I have a super cool maker. While having a completely different color scheme then a lot of other suits in the family, he fits right in in terms of style and design.

Components

Head

Wear SatisfactionThe head is really comfortable, especially considering how I measured it (with a charging cord and a phone app). Theres enough room in the neck that I can reach my hand up and rub my eye or whatever, though it doesn't move or shift while I am wearing it. Its fully lined with a nice and comfortable moisture wicking fabric. Ventilation is pretty good, especially with the fan on. The fan sits in the mouth so you constantly have fresh air, though its not visible from the outside and it doesn't get in the way. You cant see directly in front of you that well, but you don't have to turn your head too far to the side to see and its not hard at all to get around in.

Visual SatisfactionThe muzzle is a tiny bit crooked, but personally that adds to the charm of him. His fur is nice and soft and everything is shaved down well. He looks really happy with an androgynous face, which is 100% what I was going for. He has eyelids too which, while they only sit in one position, give him a different yet still cute expression.
While he was a commissioned work, all I asked was for a warm and neutral color pallet with some asymmetry in the face. The design was purely from his makers mind and I think it turned out amazing. The tinsel in the mohawk was an unexpected yet greatly appreciated look.

Hands

Wear SatisfactionThey're a little bit big on me and sometimes I feel like they may slide off, though they don't. They're comfy to wear and my hands dont really feel too hot in them. They have good movement, but because they're a bit big its hard to pick things up sometimes. They havent broken in any way, shape, or form, but I also havent had the for long. The had paws are lined with a moisture wicking fabric that stays cool.

Visual SatisfactionThe paws are completely symmetrical and look good. There is one tine section that was shaved a bit close, but you can't tell unless you're looking for it. The fur is easy to smooth down when wearing the gloves. They are well proportioned with the head and match the design quite well. My maker added retracted claws, as opposed to plastic or fabric ones, which I do like the look of a lot. They also make navigating in paws easier.

Tail

Wear SatisfactionThe tail is really comfortable and it fits nicely with the curvature of my body. It is easy to slip on and off any of my belts while remaining comfortable and sitting where its supposed to. It keeps its form nice and looks good and symmetrical, though its squishy enough to let you sit on the floor or in chairs without too much issue.

Visual SatisfactionThe markings and symmetrical and the shaving was all done nicely. It has a sleek yet fluffy appearance that snow leopards have yet the fur is easy to maintain. Its a solid shape, though it still allows for nice tail wagging when im idly standing. The bee design at the end of the tail was a really nice and fun touch done by my maker.

Feet

Wear SatisfactionThey are really comfortable to walk around and dance in. There was a bit of a learning curve in walking with them, bit I was able to figure it out and adjust easily. They're taller feet paws, though the padding was done in a way that allowed people with multiple different calf sizes to wear them. I also got to pick the slippers that went inside them, so I was able to get shoes that matched my footwear needs. The feet paws also have that comfy moisture wicking lining so i can wear them with shorts or pants and still be comfortable.

Visual SatisfactionThe feet paws give me the illusion of digi legs even though I dont have the leg padding, which I like. The bottoms were shaved down nicely so eve though I have almost white toe beans, they didn't get that dirty when I walked around outside and they were super easy to clean. The fur is very soft and easy to brush down with your hand or an actual brush and all of the spots are sewn and shaved well. I like how the claws are "retracted" so theres less to worry about when im walking and the design looks cuter and more aprochable.

Special FeaturesAll of the yellow on the head and tail were made with a fur that has tinsel in it. It was an idea suggested by my maker, who had been saving the discontinued fabric for a special project. I really like the detail it gave him and it just made it all the more special.

Final CommentsI really really loved working with Lotus in making my 7 year old dream of getting a suit. On top of having good quality suits, they have created a really good and fun community of people who I am honored to call my fursuit family. I will defiantly be commissioning a full suit for him in the near future and I can already say im nudging some of my other friends to place a commission with them.
