Features: None Concept Art Photos of Completed Product Overall Initial ContactExtremely fast, we started an email thread within 24 hours of me submitting the commission form and they regularly updated me throughout the commission process. Payment was sent in full via Paypal. Maker CommunicationThe maker(s) were very fast and professional with their responses to any questions I had, even when it took me a while to reply myself! But the thing that really blew me away the most was the customer service; during the initial commission, the embroidery machine didn't finish filling out Pippi's left eye and none of us noticed the mistake until ~9 months after I received the original item. The makers could've easily pretended like nothing happened but instead, they actually reached out to me and offered to redo the face for me at NO extra cost—they were even able to finish it in time for me to pick them up in-person at FWA! To me, that speaks volumes on how much they respect not just their work, but the long-term satisfaction of their commissioners as well. Project Completion TimeVery satisfied; my plush was finished in a little under 4 months, which was kind of earlier than the estimated time I was given (4-5 months). The revision that had to be done later on took less than a week. Overall Project QualityI commissioned this to be a fursuit prop for my main fursona that I could carry around for photos (the plush is accurate to their "real-life" size) and got everything I could've ever wanted from it. It has both normal stuffing and beads inside the back paws, so you can make them sit and do other poses without having to worry about them falling over. And after a whole weekend of being at a convention, not a single thread has fallen out of place! The plush is very much accurate to their 2D design and all of the little details are there, including their back toe-beans.
